Water as in, not cleaning with water, but filtering with water. My mom has allergies and rising dust is horrible. We have a normal water vacuum BUT it's heavy to dismount and she has a bad back so getting down and all is problematic

I was assuming a vertical water one would be perfect but.. I can't find any?? As budget as possible please...

Or is there another way to clean floors without rising dust? I heard some claims about rubber brooms?
