Coming from iRacing what do you do differently

Had bought lMU awhile ago never really got into it during initial release because force feedback was a bit different then iRacing

But I’m giving it a solid go currently, in iRacing my racing style just suits the mid engine and Porsche well and front engines not so much just always faster in the mid rear engine cars

In LMU I feel its opposite and I just suit the Front engine cars more granted it’s only been like 2 weeks or so racing still getting used to force feed back and braking and just LMU in general

What did you guys change coming from iRacing as far as driving style etc cuz I’ll be honest LMU seems a lot harder than iracing

Rebuilding

What else can I do I would like to get close to 650 range by the end of the year

Only thing I been doing so far is using credit cards and then making payment to pay off

The big dip was when I miss payment on student loan but it’s private now pay it to current once I found out

Fluctuating prices is crazy

So I randomly check microcenter every couple of days on good deals 4tb I got for 350 which is cheapest I seen I a good while so I ran to grab it at as they only had like few In stock fast for forward no more than a week later .

👀
Bam $838 bucks

For people waiting just don’t if you see a deal just grab it

Waiting for the prices to fall is like you waiting for housing market to crash lll

We can cry later after purchase

But at this rate tho a decent PC is just going to more and more unattainable for the little people which is kinda sad

Past due 90 days my mistake

Long story short I totally forgot to pay the student loans with moving states etc and went 90 days past due as today majority my bills are automatic but I payed it up so everything is current

But my credit took a hit like 80 point drop

I mean I know the answer based on some research
just wondering if there’s any options I have that’s all but from what I seen is that there aren’t really none since it’s hit my credit already

Tired super 50 ppd coming from Crystal OG any guidance

Kinda new to VR so I’m no expert but yea have few questions

Color seems to be off
Local dimming halo
Also letters and lines don’t seem as crisp
Shadowing behind letters high up in screen

Kinda hard to capture in pics but the left is the super and right is the crystal the color bars have a shadowing effect which seems more high up in display

In game seems fine although Crystal OG just looks a lot smoother overall

I’m play with it some more but any suggestions on things to adjust or do

9850x3d 5090 64gb is my specs

Ignore the fps when I switch headsets with out resetting game it does that between headsets

Built my mom a surprise gift

My current mom computer is a 5700xt/3700x with 16gb was a pre built few years ago

I decided to set her right 7600x3d/7900xt and 32gb

Pretty much upgraded my son to a 9800x3d and 9070xt and I upgraded mine to a 9850x3d

Most the parts are from my sons or my build I had laying around and grab a open box Matx board

Have a 5080 9800x3d

Playing VR

Looking to either upgrade to 5090 or upgrade to crystal super

I play now with Crystal OG

Only reason wanting to upgrade is to have a little bigger sweet spot but happy with what I have

But upgrading to 5090 will give more head room and crank up some the settings

Those who have similar build and upgraded to pimax super how much you had to turn down settings

Only considering this cause I can get pretty good deal for both from a good coworker of mines
