Duo lane both support and carry needs to fight the bots sometimes

I know this is going to make a lot of people mad here but, if you play duo and you don’t fight the bots in our lane because you are support and not carry when the other team is both fighting the bots, it puts us at a disadvantage. they always get our bots first especially, if they are both going as carry characters. I feel some players take the game rules a little to literal, and in certain situations we both have to be fighting the bots or we will get pushed back.

Switching mirtazpine to ssri ?

I’m interested in switching from mirtazapine to an SSRI. While mirtazapine has helped in some ways, I feel like an SSRI may be a better fit for me,
I’m wondering how people typically transition from mirtazapine to an SSRI. Is it usually done by gradually tapering off the mirtazapine while starting the SSRI, or is there another approach that’s commonly recommended?
I’m a little concerned about possible withdrawal symptoms from stopping mirtazapine. If a taper is needed, I’d appreciate any guidance on what to expect and how to minimize withdrawal symptoms during the transition.
