First year I did flu & covid vaccine in one appointment vs a week apart & I feel like shit

What is happening??? And how long does this last? My body aches, I barely slept , nauseated & dizzy if I’m walking , how do I help alleviate this ?

Favorite Mountain towns in North America with kids ?

What’s a fun mountain towns to visit with kids ?

We love to hike & have amenities like parks & kid activities nearby too? We also bike so any smooth trails for now , having short commutes to activities is the most ideal while he is young , so once we are in the town, hopefully don’t have to drive more than 20 minutes

High antibodies , normal range for T3, TSH & T4, but always exhausted ?

How do I treat exhaustion! I’m tired 24/7, of course I also can’t nap well, but sleep fully at night . But brain fog & exhaustion seems to follow me , regardless of my numbers being in range, besides antibodies . What can I do about it ?

Any research on work from home parenting

The research seems to say that screen time is bad, due to them missing out on key interactions like bonding , problem solving , being in different environments to learn, and time learning from caregivers. Is there any research showing the loss of interaction from an adult working from home , rightfully doing their meetings & getting things done while also taking care of their baby/ toddler ?

Can baby size apply pressure & make water break?

I’m curious since my water broke when my baby was 20 inches tall, a “full size” but it happened at week 35 , he always sat low & head down as well

Please explain slow transition 2-1 nap

Independent sleeper/ trained month 5, now nearing 14 months

Wake 7am
Nap 10:15- wake him at 11:15
Nap 2:30- wake at 3:30pm
Bed 8pm but recently needs til 8:10pm

So 3.25/3.25/4.5

So as I try and push nap one later , do I keep nap 2 at the same time? Or I heard you inch the one closer up. I assume at some point the middle wake window will get smaller and that seems complicated cause I can’t imagine he would fall asleep ok after 2 hours
