This is my current Phainon build as of now. I'm wondering if I should try farming for higher crit stats or just leave it as it is.

Still in the process of building him. Haven't even maxed out his traces yet since I'm low on mats. But so far, it's looking... kind of... okay. Neither of them are ones that satisfy me though. I'm planning on replacing the boots for one with both CR and CD stats.
Edit: For those pointing out about the Planar Ornaments, I'm aware it's from 2 different sets, but I'm planning to craft a Physical DMG orb for the Arcadia set once I have enough resins since I haven't had much luck in that department. Hoping that it rolls correctly...

I have about 200 pulls saved up and I just came back after like 2+ years of not playing so my acc is practically brand new 🫠🫠🫠 the only supports I have that still hold up relatively well are Bronya, Huohuo, and Sparkle (with some rebuilding lol)
Edit: I should also mention that within 3 weeks of coming back I managed to pull E0S0 Evanescia, E0S1 Yao, and E0S1 MBlade 😀 I still managed to have a lot so...

I just came back to HSR after more than 2 years. Went back for Amphoreus and Phainon.
I managed to get Yaoguang and her LC rather early, so I still have a lot of Stellar Jades left from the bajillion Quests I have yet to finish. I really hope I get him~ Even an E2 is already more than enough for me.
My first single roll since getting back into the game... and it's Evanescia. I've been trying her out in Divergent Universe (her trial version + trial Yao Guang), and I'm loving Elation gameplay so far.
Now, I haven't touched my account in more than 2 years, so it's practically brand new, if anything (I stopped playing shortly before Penacony). But I loved her gameplay so much that I decided to try building her.

I recently started my first job at a big company. Things are... going well so far. Perfect location since hindi naman malayo, hybrid setup, great pay, a chill workplace environment, all of that.
The hiring process was rather quick. Sent in an application in March, and by the end of the month, I got a job offer. In the month before starting, I prepared all my documents and all. And then I officially started ny first day about 1-2 weeks ago.
Yet right now, I literally feel like I'm an idiot 💀 It's been the first two weeks, and yet I somehow managed to:
If I'm already making these kinds of mistakes, what more kung mahahandle ng cases at iba pa? Huhuhuhuhu, hindi pa nawawala yung first-week jitters. Tsaka tendency na forgetful ako, merong moments na ganun.
Just this week, I was shadowing with a more experienced co-worker to learn about the company's internal software, and while may general idea naman kung paano i-operate, there are a lot of steps involved, so I'm worried about accidentally forgetting something and making a mistake.
My senior co-workers on the team are very patient and chill, naman. They helped me set up my work laptop, kaahit may maraming mga isyu. But even then, I'm worried about asking questions because they already have their own responsibilities and tasks, so feeling ko I might be burdening them unnecessarily.
They say that normal naman yung feeling, pero idk man. It's a great company, and my co-workers are great to have. I'm definitely not leaving anytime soon. I want to do good, but at the same time, I keep wondering if I'll be able to get to a point where I'll think of it as something normal na lang.
