I posted normal shorts and got decent views but barely any likes and subs. i started to post voiceovers these past few shorts and Saw a hugeee increase in likes and a small increase in subscribers as well. Views kinda stayed the same. Im wondering if anybody can message me why im stuck in 1k view jail and what I can do to take this to the next level. You can feel free to comment here as well Im down to learn and have no problem pivoting or advancing what im doing now. Im new to voiceovers so i hope to learn more about that too if thats whats holding me back.

Just can’t seem to figure out why my numbers are so low. I switched to voiceovers and saw an insane doubling in likes on shorts but for actual subscribers and comments not that much. Videos are lowkey flopping too and I’m starting to wonder if there’s something wrong w my editing or niche? Any advice is appreciated if you’d like to take a look
I was under the impression that I was going to a school that was a lot smaller than the rest. The guys were telling me they would get me there but it turns out they couldnt and instead sent me somewhere else that is way bigger and i guess they thought they were doing me a favour giving me work but i declined so many better options because i was assuming they could get me there. (Good crew and less workload) Now im working in a huge building with a trash crew and nobody really seems to like me since i was just plopped out of no where. not sure what to do at this point i never really gave up or nothing but this definitely screwed me big time and im stuck here for a lonnggggg time according to the dates they assighned me to .
Any body experience the same thing or have advice?
con edison gave a brown out so all my schools are running on like 75% power or less. So a lot of the units im told dont even work and fry up and the entire building is HOTTTT.
Im a cleaner and my fireman was telling me so just wanted to vent here. Wax wont dry good either.
Hey guys. I have a channel called FlyTrap Frenzy and im starting it back up again. i post a lot of venus flytrap clips of it just eating and a couple bug drops into my pitchers. Im wondering if you guys had any content ideas that you are itching to see, or want to see more of to give me some inspiration to go. (I have 1 st gaya pitcher and then a Ventricosa x Alata. ) Any suggestions are appreciated and if youd like to support id appreciate it as well!
Seeing a lot of people get the notice for the academy and all of their list numbers are dropping they say. Wondering if its a good indication if my list number goes down that im going to be receiving a notice soon.
I have it way better than full time workers here but im just venting on the part time aspect. I hate how every time im done with a school and go to the next one, i have a new boss to deal with. Some are super cool and some are nightmares.
I have to pretty much wait 5-20 minutes at the door if im lucky and wait for someone to buzz me in so that I am able to clock in.
And having good bosses who treat you good because you are part time, when they mess up I cant even say anything because they are doing me the favor regardless.
meeting amazing people who work there butts off for 10+ years at locations and the boss wont take me again at the location which sucks. And then meeting the laziest dumbest people who are somehow still around.
And then working with people who are just douche bags and rude because they think they are better than you cause you are new
Showing up for the job and the school wasnt even expecting you so you have no time card no nothing ready.
learning things from other cleaners and then finding out that wasnt even the right way to do it at a different location.
Having to get familiar with new equipment like toilet paper holders (each school and each bathroom has a completely different mechanism)
leaving my items in the breakrooms or slobsink and there roaches all over the place.
Having to learn a new routine each time i go to a different location which takes a couple days ( my shifts over by then)
Dealing with my agency who kinda ignores you because your only a part time worker even though thats what they hired you for.
Thats my 10 cents, i know i have it a lot better than full timers who are kinda stuck in schools all year round especially if there are situations that arise, and summer/snow removal.
I saw someone posted that they started sending out emails for the Academy yesterday. I’m wondering if anybody got any emails today?
I fell around two years ago and had discomfort in my back. I finally decided it’s just to go to a doctor to schedule an x-ray and MRI just to see what they have to say but I’m not hurting bad enough that I can’t do anything. I am wondering if I should let the investigator and everybody know cause most likely it will just lead to them saying I should go to physical therapy like they always do and do some exercises wish I can just do at home. I just wanted to know what the diagnosis was. Other than that, I’m perfectly healthy and I’m still in the process.
Basically, I was in the office waiting to punch out and one of my guys came and talked to me and totally forgot so I just left without punching out, but I did punch in. Wondering if that has happened to anybody here? I’m on camera leaving the building at the designated time so I’m not exactly too worried but I don’t know if they will pay me 100% just yet.
I finished everything around a month ago I had to redo jst and mini med. Because they were about to expire. I already passed oral psych and everything and have completed everything that is needed. I haven’t heard back from my investigator when I asked if I am going to be going to the upcoming Academy but what do you guys think? Do you guys think that most likely I am going on July 22 or not?
I know that cad ets are not exactly a po, but how different is their experience with the academy. I’m assuming uniform and gear are different, classes and hours maybe? Curious if anybody can answer this question on what a cad et can expect since most of the sub is for po only.
Also is there a way to know before the academy date if you going in or not other than waiting last minute for the email. Contacted investigator weeks ago and got nothing back .
I did everything a few months ago, redid jst and mini med and everything is done. Im just not sure if im going to be sent into the academy this summer. im going for cad et and havent heard any updates from the investigator. Is there anything i can do about it or just wait and see? Im working another job right now so i want to prepare ahead of time since I know you have to go like the week the email is sent.

honestly it gets me mad, that i am able to read a document and bring supplies and we have people just absolutely not being prepared for anything and borderline just dumb. people going in for medical with no pen, people being 20 minutes late, not in dress code. cant listen and need to ask 5 times what the date is. Not being able to convert your height into inches during jst. Cant even bring a photocopy of your id when it says so on the email. Its just honestly embarrassing and the department is such a joke for letting it slide. Grown men and women getting guns that cant even read basic instructions. dont even get me started on ssa and cadets. They are even worse but overall, pretty embarrassing what ive seen. Maybe its just me what you guys think?
