I’m sick and tired of Luffy not giving a shit about the plot.

I am pretty much finished with this.

The only time Luffy actually cared about a character backstory and the island backstory was Wano.

That it.

I get what the idea behind it is but I still can’t fucking understand it.
If by Elbaf Luffy has a chance to know about rocks Roger god valley the void century and nika and imu and still says I don’t give a fuck, I’m genuinely going to crash out.

I’m so sick and tired of oda making the strawhats not know nor giving a single fuck about the history of the world (expect for Robin).

Is Harvard ass now?

Title. I really believe that compare to a decade ago, having a Harvard degree is kinda of useless and a waste of time.

Also that fucking professor who had connections with Epstein kinda of just sealed it to me that I’m not going there. There so fucking weird and the social culture is just a bunch of competitive smart nerds who have no identity but just saying: “HEY HEY I JUST WENT TO HARVARD!!!”

Why is 2010 so disrespected?

That the title like lowkey im getting so mad just thinking about this bro.

We can’t be nostalgic about anything bro and it just sucks.

Also quick question:
In your honest opinion, what is last “best class”? I mean like this:

The last class to officially end the gen z of high school.

And an end of an era.

What year/class is that in your honest opinion?

For me after co 29, it just cooked.
Starting high school in the BIG 26. Lmao.

Also it been funny to see how middle schoolers are been nostalgic lately on TikTok lmao. Plus underclassmen too.

Anyways that my honest opinion

Unpopular opinion, College and High School students nowadays are a lot dumber than a decade ago.

Yesterday I had a conversation with my math teacher. He has worked in education for over 20+ years, teached in all education levels, and has done lectures at schools like Stanford and Harvard.

We were talking about Calculus and just in general what I want to do in life after high school.
For context, I am a junior and I really want to have a business or science degree in a Ivy League school, so I can get rich and secure my family generational wealth plus have elite connections and experiences that I will carry around with for the rest of my life (also part of the reason being that ever since I was little I always had these time of passions and dreams).

My dad worked in the army in my country for the last 15+ years and due to war he had never had the opportunity to go to college, unlike my mom. He never had the chance to get a decent education. Now he has went to community college after coming to U.S and is currently a lawyer so I do live somewhat comfortable but some nights I don’t have any food to eat or I have to be very careful on what I eat at home so I can save it for the next day.

My mom is a stay at home mom so she doesn’t work. And so my dad has to provide not only the my family here but also in my country of origin. Ever since I was born, my dad stressed to me the value of education. About how the smartest people are the most successful and rich. So my dad had forced to me to read books, get all As (only two Bs were acceptable), forced me to critically think, develop my social skills and how I should talk to others, made me watch the news and forced me to explain my thoughts and why I thought this way.

Throughout most of life, I can admit I was angry at this, not having a normal childhood compared to other kids, and carrying resentment to my dad, that until High School. When I went to high school, I was completely flabbergasted on how fucked my generation is. The lack of discipline, respect, responsibility, integrity my peers had really shocked me. I’m not trying to arrogant here but in my opinion based on my experiences because I wasn’t really smart when I grew up and I had to constantly try and try again countless of times to get something. **If you put in the work, put the dedication and sacrifice to understand and actually learn, you will be successful in school.** You don’t have to be insanely smart, you just need it put in effort and actually use the resources you have.

Anyways, you might be asking, why are yapping about this? Well this ties in directly to the conversation I had with my teacher. Ever since high school started I could confidently say that I have been one of the smartest people in my school. Period. I have received awards and impact in the county and state level. I have created businesses and after constant failures and mistakes, have made over 20k over the last 3 years. I can say that my high school experience has been a success. I have made connections that will follow me throughout college and I know that I can go to a TP20 university.

But recently….. I have started thinking? What the point? Should I even go to college after graduating high school. I seen countless stories of people not going to college, and still making 5M per year or multi millions of dollars. There are different pathways. Also I have begin to doubt the “education” aspect of the colleges I want to end. I was explaining this to my teacher and he cut off. And then handed me a paper. He said to me answer the questions on that paper. There were 15. I tried my hardest to answer all of them but I was so fucking confused. I have never seen most of these formulas in my life before. I could only answer 7 out of 15 that was on there. He took and said to me something that was a little bit of shock to me:

That paper was 12 years ago.

He told me if he handed that paper to my class and told everyone to answer the questions, everyone would fail that test. I was shocked. And he told me that he has friends who are teaching at those universities I want to go and they have told him that, a very small minority actually completes work, understands it and actually uses it. If he had to guess less than 5% of students exist in every tp20 university. The rest of the students either cheat, don’t understand, are lacking behind, don’t complete their work and don’t have the motivation and ability to be in that class in the first place.

Now this is where my frustration boils to a breaking point and this is why:

My father let me say this again, has told me consistently that education matters the most. Knowledge is the most important thing you need to have in order to be successful. He brought up that guy named Rothschild who spent constantly hours in libary studying when he had nothing and became successful. He brought up Steve Jobs story, Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook etc. He truly believed that if you put in the work, the time and effort you will be a success. To hear my theory confirmed that most college students in tp20 schools are dumb, undisciplined, use AI, and grade inflation like shit.. really make me angry and frustrated. And the truly smart people? I don’t really give a single fuck if I’m hypocritical here but they can go fuck themselves too. First with the legacy students and rich students, what honest impact have they done for this country and nation?

Tell me. They have the money and power to change fucking something and yet they don’t and just look at the poor and complain about stupid shit that really doesn’t fucking matter. What impact are they really having? Also with smart students and foreign students in general, they don’t want to change the world, they just do it for there selfish and external wants. They don’t impact anything atleast with my generation.

Btw, the fact that pedos are teaching tp10 universities in the nation disgusts me also.

Also the fact that Affirmative Action even exists disgusts me. It doesn’t help me, it based on race and benefits the rich not the poor. If a guy who has been in the hood his whole life and wants to change for the better and go to a top school, he can’t do that shit because of his race and money.
Another problem I have is with how education is taught, if a topic is insanely complex and hard, then are you really learning?

I had this conversation to my teacher and he basically told me that I have multiple pathways to success I don’t need to go to college. And he thinks either way I’m smart enough to survive.

I don’t want to survival I want domination.
Overall, I am conflicted. I don’t know if I should even go to college, I don’t want to tell my family the American dream is a fucking joke and just bullshit progranda. This country favors the rich and strong. I don’t want to tell them that. I am saddened by how even a decade ago, students could articulate their thoughts, and actually understand what going on. Now my generation is completely fucked, nobody believes in the youth anymore, the future, and we are just simply more dumber compared to before.

I need some advice but also I want to bring a discussion, I’m I right or I’m I wrong?

How can I get better at small sided and two touch

Yeah that the title and I probably know that this has been brought up in the sub before but I just want to know how I can get good at this specific skill.

I’m so trash when it comes to 5v5, 6v6, 7v7 etc and if my coach asks for two to three touch in a scrimmage, I’m cooked.

Varsity tryouts are coming up and I want to know what can I do to improve in this specific skill

Is there truly a best player in the world?

That the title I feel like for the first time this decade there truly not someone who the best consuenes player in the world?

I mean if Bayern had made the final I would have said Kane but they haven’t?

So in your opinion who is the best player in the world rn?

Also I think this season has raised some interesting questions:

  1. Who is going to be the king of this generation m?
  2. When will this Messi and Ronaldo era finally end?

Let me explain the second one.
I think as you all know from 2003 up to 2022, Messi and Ronaldo have dominated football. They established a predecesent and standard that may never probably be reached again.

With that there were tons of generational managers like Carlo, Pep, Enrique, Zidane, etc and tons of great players like Zlatan, Ozil, Neymar, Modric, Benzema etc.

Now in my opinion after 2022, the torch and transition to a new era hasn’t really happened and here why I believe that:

  1. The managers who have dominated are still doing it in this new generation specially Pep, Klopp, Enrique, and Carlo. None of the new managers like Areta, Kompany, Xabi Alonso, Xavi, Ruben Amorim, Arne Slot have set a precedent or dominance that they have in the last few years. It been the same manager who have been having the same success. Also with the fact that it seems as if some of them are going to stay in management past this decade and are continuing to manage big clubs (Mourinho), is why I am especially worried about this UCL final. I think at this point there needs to transition period, a period where these new managers can finally set themselves up for this era of football. I don’t think it would be good for the sport at all for to have the same managers dominate for decades.

  2. I also really don’t think the Messi and Ronaldo era has officially “ended” yet. For one, both of them are still playing and being consistent even in “farmer” leagues and two most of the players in that era are still playing, Modric in Milan, Lewandowski for Barca, Salah in Liverpool, etc.
What was supposed to happen was that the wonderkids from 1989 and 1995 were supposed to dominate this era of the 2020s but what ended up happening was most of them quitting and failing.

Basically right now it kinda of weird era to where nobody is really dominating and has kinda of filled the giant hole. Haaland was supposed to have become the best player in the world but he didn’t win the Ballon Dor. Mbappe was supposed to the heir to Ronaldo but has been disappointing as shit so far. Pogba was supposed to be the heir to Insieta but injuries have fucked him up. And Neymar was supposed to be heir of this generation but… I don’t think I have to explain.

In short this era of football is unprecedented and unpredictable and I think nobody is truly the best in this period of football. Nobody for me is up and heels is the best player in the world and It probably been one of the most important transition for sport in a long time. I think though whether the transition will happen soon is unknown. If Arsenal win the UCL and League and Messi and Ronaldo decide to retire, then I would say this year is the start of a new era and the end of the old one.

When this transition era ends…I honestly have no idea. But I just wanted to share my honest thoughts on the state of football rn and the future.

I am sick and tired of this sorry ass sub and its agenda.

Now that Vini had just one good game out of a very sht season everyone now just wants Mbappe out 😂😂😂😂😂

Like omg the fucking agenda

Both of these guys need to leave not just Mbappe

Also it funny that now everyone going to “die” in the pitch when they should’ve have done it in the beginning of the season.

Like whole fuck the Madrid pr is kicking in with these trash ass players too and egos they really don’t deserve at all

This situation is so funny to me.
Vini also btw is as much of an dictator if not more than Mbappe so to end off for the people on mbappe dick who says he doesn’t do anything and is the one who is holding back the team, respectfully shut your bitch ass the fuck up.

Also finally I’m not defending Mbappe he been ass but the amount of switching and agenda posting is pissing me the fuck off, everyone is in fault for this shitty season and some players need to get sold, and Perez needs to leave.
