I'm sick and tired of my gut now. It's been one year I have been having gut issues every single day. Everyday I'm bloated... gas issues, constipation, incomplete evacuation, undigested food in the stools... I've had my sigmoid colonoscopy, blood test - cbc, liver function test, kidney function test, ultrasound of abdomen - all of them were normal.... I eat fibre and drink more than 2 litres of water everyday... My doctor thinks I have no issues at all... I can't study because of these problems, I can't do my everyday work... it is really depressing, I'm afraid of going to the washroom now 😥😥😥 please suggest something 🙏🙏
