Hello!
I'm requesting Cities: Skylines 2. While I'm not desperate for it, it would genuinely mean a lot to me to finally be able to play it. I've been interested in this game since around 2024 when I first started getting into city building and management sims. Unfortunately, I haven't had the opportunity to purchase it myself, I currently don't have any money to spend on games.
I've always enjoyed games that allow creativity and long term progression, and city builders have become one of my favorite genres. The closest experience I've had is playing Mini Cities 2 on Roblox, which I spent many hours enjoying. Even though it's a much simpler game, it made me realize how much I enjoy planning layouts, managing resources, improving transportation, and watching a city grow from almost nothing into a thriving community.
What makes Cities: Skylines 2 so appealing to me is the incredible depth it offers. From what I've seen through gameplay videos, reviews, and community discussions, the game goes far beyond simply placing roads and buildings. The detailed traffic systems, economy management, employment systems, terrain modification, realistic population growth, citizen feedback, and countless other mechanics make it seem like a game where every decision matters. I love games that reward planning and problem solving, and this seems like one of the best examples of that.
I've also been following updates and recent reviews because I know the game had some issues when it first launched. Seeing how much it has improved over time has only made me more excited to try it. The developers have continued working on it, and many players now say it's becoming the city building experience they originally hoped for. Watching people create massive cities, solve traffic problems, and build unique skylines has made me want to experience it for myself.
I'm currently a high school student going into my senior year and actively looking for a job. Because of that, I can't really justify spending money on games right now, especially one as expensive as this. My priority is saving money and finding work, so gaming purchases have to wait. That's why I'm making this request and hoping someone might be willing to help!
If I were fortunate enough to receive this game, I know it would provide hundreds of hours of entertainment. I enjoy taking my time with games, learning their systems, and continuously improving. This isn't the type of game I would play for a few hours and forget about, it would likely become one of my main games for a very long time. Building cities, experimenting with different designs, solving challenges, and watching my creations grow sounds like an experience I would genuinely enjoy.
Thank you for taking the time to read my request. Whether or not anyone decides to gift it, I appreciate the opportunity to share why this game interests me so much. I hope everyone has a great day, and thank you for your consideration! this is my steam profile below

Hi everyone,
I'd love the chance to play Cities Skylines 2, I've been interested in it since 2024 when I started getting into city building games. The closest I've played is Mini Cities 2 on Roblox, and it made me realize how much I enjoy planning and managing cities.
