I have this Irrational fear

I am under the believe if I don’t sleep bad things will happen. So whenever bad things happen when I haven’t slept I blame myself. Even on things that cant possibly be prevented. My brains telling me if I don’t sleep my dad will become homeless and it’ll be my fault or similar.

Autism routine magnets

Does anyone know anywhere online where theres those picture magnets but not so clinical and boring? Feels like theres no adult versions of anything to do with autism these days.

I think they’re called magnetic pictograms

Persuading my landlord to let me keep my dog

Hi, I am moving into a 5 room house share (4 of the tenants are my friends) I want to bring my senior dog with me. The clauses on tenancy agreement and Rightmove say specifically 'no pets without prior written consent' my friend other tenant says that he doesn't want pets due to over crowding (5 people in house. 1 for each room). The house has a large garden. My dog is 12 (Labradoodle), Potty trained, rarely barks, really all she does is sleep. She hasn't even done any damage to any property since she was 6. Is there any way I could persuade my landlord to letting me keep her? England.

Is it feasible to have an emergency fund

Hi, Im on universal credit and pip (about 1300 a month) is it feasible to save up enough to have a buffer in case dad needs any extra money (hes not getting any older) Im also planning on trying to get warehouse job with job agency.

My rents 490 all inclusive a month and my other bills is about 30-100 a month.

How much am I allowed to reasonably save?
