Seit etwa 4 Tagen kann ich kein LoL mehr spielen. Immer nach der Champ Select, wenn der Loadingscreen starten sollte, bekomme ich einen blackscreen. Ich muss dann den PC komplett ausschalten, da selbst der Taskmanager nicht mehr geht. Ich spiele auf einem Mac mini m4. Ich habe bereits den Mac mini aktualisiert und LoL neu installiert. Hat jemand weitere ideen was ich noch tun könnte?

Which of those two would you recommend as first espresso machine?

I prefer mid and dark roasts and drink 2-3 coffees (espresso and milk based drinks) per day. I chose the DF64 Gen 2 as my grinder. My Budget is 2.000€ but im not sure if the Bianca is worth the double price of the Mara.

Any suggestions?

Varia VS4 - I heard it has some bad dead space, but is very very easy to clean

Niche Zero - hard to get + import costs

DF64 Gen 2 - maybe overhyped?

im planning on buying a Lelit Bianca v3, but can't decide which colour I want. I struggle between the black or the white version. I prefer the black finish, but don't like the light wood handles. I know there are kits to buy other wood types. So I would love to see some Bianca pictures here, maybe with the other wood types upgraded.

ich trainiere jetzt seit knapp 9 Monaten 3x pro Woche und möchte meine aktuelle Routine verbessern. Bisher habe ich an allen 3 Tagen den gesamten Oberkörper trainiert, jeweils mit einem relativ undurchdachten Mix aus Übungen. Ich würde gerne meine 3x Training pro Woche beibehalten. Auf das Training der Beine verzichte ich, da meine Beine durch andere Sportarten gut abgedeckt und sowieso schon überproportional zum Rest trainiert sind. Nun zu meinen Fragen:

1. Welchen Split würdet ihr mir empfehlen?
2. Wie viele Übungen pro Woche sollte eine Muskelgruppe trainiert werden.
3. Sollte ich innerhalb eines Trainings immer erst eine Muskelgruppe fertig trainieren z. B. Brust, Brust, Brust, Schulter, Schulter,... oder bewusst die Gruppen durchprobieren z. B. Brust, Schulter, Trizeps, Brust, Schulter,...
