I'm looking for an old scary YouTube video

If I recall correctly there's an attic (or at least a room) full of dress making mannequins covered by sheets. The person filming turns away for a second and when they bring the camera back, one of the mannequins has moved closer. Probably at least 12 years old

One of my favorite moments ever

I've posted this before and got the suggestion to try and get it to Jimmy or the Phillies to get signed. If anyone here knows where I could start that would be awesome.

This was 2013 (the lack of netting rates this photo) and I had just been medboarded from the Army. I was a new, scared dad and was fat, depressed, and very much lost in the world. It was a very rough time in my life and two of my only highlights at the time were my son and the Phillies. They were playing the Rockies and it was my first time seeing them play in person. We got to Coors super early, went down to the field and watched them warmup. I'll never forget the moment he looked over, saw us, and jogged over. He asked if it was his first game and I said yes. He asked me "Do you want to get a picture?" and we took two of my favorite photos of my son.

He turns 14 next week, how time flies.

This moment was a huge highlight for me in a very dark time. Thank you Jimmy. You're a hall of famer in my book. If you should ever see this just know that those 20 seconds you took for us have been a core memory for my son and I.

Also, shout out to the person who took my phone and got the pics. I've looked at these more times than I can count.

Unsure what to do next

I started my fitness journey in April of 2025. Since then I have lost almost 30 lbs and feel, move, sleep and overall live much better.

I made the mistake of prioritizing weight loss over growing muscle, and now that I've lost the weight I am very nervous of bulking. Prior to my vacation I was cutting and averaging about 150g+ protein at around 1700 calories. I recently started a new program and entered my goal as 12% body fat. The program told me to increase my calories to around 2100-2200. I currently do a 6 day PPL split with the 7th day dedicated to easy cardio or kettlebell workouts.

I know you can't build muscle from thin air, and need calories to grow them, but I'm struggling.

I am 5'7 , currently 159lbs and need advice. To get my abs to show, do I need to eat more to build the ab muscles or cut longer to lower body fat?

Thanks in advance for your help, and I wish you all the best in your personal journey.

Looking for advice on next steps

Turning 37 this month. I currently weigh around 159-160 and am doing a 6 day PPL/UL split. I have been eating around 1700-1800 calories as I cut down, but my new program recommended 2300-2400 calories in order to get DOWN to lower body fat.

I assume this is to increase muscle mass but wanted to see what advice the sub had for me. Thanks all!

Anxiety about increasing calories

Reposting with more info since last post was deleted

For background, I'm 36, turning 37 next month. I am about 19 months into my fitness journey after being medically retired from the Army. I've been in a strict calorie deficit in preparation for a beach vacation. I was at 1500-1600 calories a day, while still doing my workout routine and getting my steps in. I was doing a generic PPL/UL and averaging 9-11k steps a day while working a desk job.

Now that vacation is over, I have just recently signed up for the Built with Science App, entered my stats and selected my goal as "build some muscle while losing fat" goal. I was a bit shocked to see the recommended daily calories for Jeremy's recommendation was 2200-2300 calories. For reference, that's about 600-700 more than I was eating before

I am hoping to hear what worked for you, what calorie range you stayed in, and what the results were. Any advice would be appreciated.

For reference I am currently at 1800-1900 calories, 155.6 lbs as of this morning, 5'7, 170+ grams of protein daily, average 10,000 steps and am doing a PPL/UL hybrid split.

Would love to hear any stories about getting sub 10% body fat and what your calories were getting there.

Looking for an app

I don't know the exact name for what I'm looking for l, but I have an android phone we keep in our kitchen as a "home" phone. I'd like an app that shows weather, news, etc in landscape mode so it's more than a black screen throughout the day. Any advice would be appreciated.
