I am taking my first 17 hour amtrack ride with 2 kids (2 and 7).
Only top level was available. What tips and tricks do you have? Can I bring a carseat for the 2 year old (I know they allow them for kids under 2 but she is 2.5?) What are dining options like, is it better to bring out own drinks/food? What about blankets and pillows? Do they have charging ports? I plan to stop in tomorrow and chat with them in person. Our train leaves at 230pm and arrives at 9am the following morning. Thank you!

From my understanding we have trains that leave our town from (malta mt) to ND/MN DAILY. However when I go to book online the earliest option it gives me for leaving is Saturday. Does this mean they're all sold out? Do I have to order in advance? any luck on getting tickets in person or over the phone? Any other ideas? I have an appt this afternoon. I'm a week into a pretty nasy flare after my humaria was dx due to inusrance. We're waiting on a new pre-authorization. Besides a 40mg prednisone taper is there anything else I should ask for at the appt? The pain is unreal, sitffness, pitting edema in feet.

Does high numbers mean worse disease activity? Have your ra factor or cyclic peptides numbers ever went down? Or is sed rate and inflammation matter more?
