Hi so today would be 100 day but some of circumstances made it that i broke today with solid grapes(not much i ate like 10 in an hour cuz i didn’t really want them) then i tried again eating them and was disgusted so i went to store and bought ripen nectarines, ate together 6 of them during the day and one small tomato cherry. It is not much kcal but most of the stores are opened tommorow. Anyway i drank mostly 3l of grape juice everyday but also i did some dry fasting during that time. Including longer dry fast around day 40 which was 11.5 days. However recent month i drank around 3l almost everyday. I write here cuz i don’t really know how to quit properly and safe in comming days. I can’t really stand grapes anymore but i thought watery fruits has to be the answer, on the other hand they expand stomach which wasn’t that active, only with minimal pulp from grape juice (i have nama 2 juicer). i weight low so i would like to gain weight but what is the safe to do it? anyone can help how should i plan my days upcoming week?

Hi, i am currently new to fruit based diet thanks to the idea of arnold ehret mucusless diet. People always say „oh its normal you lose weight then gain back” so i am looking for testimonals(hopefully here) that can describe how this whole process looked like for you. How much did you weight before diet, how much did you lose, what was the lowest weight you were during transition, after what time you started gaining weight back and how long did it take etc etc.. Also problems like sensivity teeth, how long did it last for you, when did it disappear etc etc. Also i feel like there is a lot of gas accumulating in my splenic flexure that is unpleasant (water, gas idk) that i also wonder how long did it last for you, when did it disappear and so on. A very well detailed transition journey if possible :D I hope you get my point

So i’m currently day 10 into dry fast and i’ve expierenced this liquid overflowing in stomach on the left side whenever i move from bed stand up etc.. Thought it is gas or some other stuff at first but at day 10th it should’ve been dried up? What is it?

Hej, szukam domowego destylatora do wody który daje czystą wodę.. Nie mam pojęcia jaki wybrać, czaiłem się na CO-Z ale jest to produkt pod USA z innym napięciem i gniazdkiem. Czy ktoś może coś polecić?
