What would happen if AGI is reached tomorrow?

The only goal that would justify the abhorrent amount of money being poured into training frontier models is AGI that can replace the "tax of human labor." If this goal were to be achieved tomorrow, which is the most probable outcome?

(A) Our new AGI overlords cause all white collar workers become permanently unemployed. Baristas, landscape engineers, musicians, etc suddenly are the most well paid people (because AGI cannot do their jobs)

(B) The government steps in to save white collar workers, AGI remains a tool that humans use to increase efficiency rather than completely replacing humans.

(C) There is a white collar labor uprising to attempt to send us back to a world before AI. Blue collar, agriculture workers, artists, etc may or may not participate.

(D) None of the above -- you tell me?

Why do some items become "unavailable" so quickly?

I've noticed from randomly checking up on items that I reviewed recently (or even sometimes items I have yet to review) that the seller has made them unavailable! Does anybody know why a seller would release some for review onto Vine and then make the item unavailable for purchasing?

Kinda sucks because I wrote them a review and was hoping other people would see the review, but also I wonder why the seller would give away perfectly good sample units giving away for absolutely nothing.

Is there any detriment to sellers if I take 30+ days to leave a review?

Just wondering if there is any reason I should be rushing to get reviews posted, or if I can wait without any real detriment to the seller? Some products can't be fairly reviewed in a few days, and some are pretty much impossible to review (eg, fig seeds which take 3-5 years to turn into fruit bearing trees)

Pet food/treats safe?

Do you guys bother researching the many random pet treats/snacks /supplements that appear on vine? I google the ingredients whenever they are available, and most of the "supplement" type treats (advertised to have some effect like "eye health" or "calming") often have some ingredients that google specifically says can be/is toxic for cats/dogs! Its like the people who made these products didn't even do a cursory search... Or maybe I'm just being too paranoid?

I disconnected my SSD and HDD then my motherboard died?

I was in the process of installing a new SSD into my PC so I removed the existing drives. I placed a new SSD into the slot where the old drives and connected it to a previously used SATA and power cable. Everything was completely routine as expected for a basic drive swap which I have done dozens if not hundreds of times before, except when I tried to turn the system on it was entirely dead.

Like, it didn't even POST. I re-seated all the power cables from the PSU to ensure nothing randomly came loose. The system didn't even start up when I pressed the power button built into the motherboard. The motherboard has one of those numerical displays to show error codes when booting up -- also dead. Its as if the system isn't even plugged in.

Finally I re-seated the thick power cord going to the power supply to make extra sure that nothing was loose, sadly that didn't miraculously fix the PC.

At thatpoint, I made a post here and was advised by a consensus of other redditors that my PSU had lived a long and fulfilling life and it was time to move on. Fast forward to today, my new PSU arrived and I plugged everything in and.... the system still won't turn on. I can't even turn it on using the power button on the motherboard (so I know its not because my front panel header power button got knocked loose)

Is it safe to conclude that the motherboard is dead? My motherboard has a small display that shows diagnostic codes when it turns on, which of course is not displaying anything when I hit the power or reset button on the motherboard; so I'm fairly certain its not because my CPU or RAM is broken (although would a fried CPU cause a motherboard to appear completely dead?) I'm so confused, is it possible/likely to kill a motherboard by disconnecting two SATA devices and connecting a new one? Thanks in advance ya'll!

Everything points to the PSU being fried but I have no idea why. I have a Corsair AX860 and this system is so old it barely uses any power (Intel i7 core 4790k, GTX 1070ti, one SSD one HDD). This is the first time I've had a PSU break, but idk what I could ave done or what could have happened to cause it. Does anybody have any experience with this kind of issue, and/or know any way to definitely confirm the PSU is dead? Thank you
