Gengar - Thought it had a solid chance at 10
Glaceon - I was expecting an 8 or 9. In no universe did I think both cards would combine for a cumulative grade of 7.

Yes, I noticed the scratches on the backs of the cards too. Those 100% were not on the cards before submission and look like they are on the slab itself, but cannot tell for certain.

Can I file a report/appeal with PSA’s GameStop division for possible damages to the cards during transit or something? Or am I just cooked?

Pretty disappointing to wait this long for these grades.
