Who has the better high vocals? Rob Halford - Judas Priest or Ian Gillian - Deep Purple
I’m sitting here listening to oddly enough both albums from Japan that these two bands recorded live from. Child in Time is such a masterpiece and the shrieks are other worldly and tbh painful sounding. Then Halford comes in and belts out in tremendous grandeur at the end of Green Manalishi amongst the other bangers. My old man was the one who showed me more of Deep Purple other than smoke on the water while I adapted more to listening to metal. Got me thinking on this question. What’re y’all’s thoughts?

I was happy when I opened this man as a 7 star but I already had a max ascended 6*. That was until the ascension crystal came and BOOM there he was.

OGP doesn’t need a coach anymore?
This has to just be my store with our crazy ass manager. She has changed everything since she took over from our previous one. The newest thing is now she says OGP doesn’t need a coach anymore and that we directly have to report to her now. My OGP coach was one of if not the only person I respected or even cared to know her name from all the big wigs in this store. This is just insane.

Pissed but not surprised.
Sitting in my car at 7:56. Waiting for MAYBE 400 picks to drop. They already sent people to topstock and pallets after the 7am drop. Unheard of. Last year this time it was insane how busy and understaffed we were compared to now like we’re overstaffed for the first time ever.
This Spark change is absolute bullshit but I’m not surprised Walmart sold more employees out.
These people don’t have real jobs I’m sorry.
They choose to wake up and say “Nah, I don’t feel like shopping or driving today”
They can choose when and how long their vacations are unlike us. Putting in PTO in months prior, only to have it denied by your hag of a manager.
I really liked this job. I was able to work somewhat by myself, I learned fast and quickly became a favorite of my TLs and coach but this change has literally made this department a waste of time.
Just a matter of time before the automated robots from china take the stockers jobs too I guess… 🤷🏼♂️

A DMR built
If you remember my post a few months ago I was stuck between two options. I went with the Alex Pro.
Equipped with:
• Sig Sauer Tango MSR compact 1-8
• Accutac MLok bipod. (Buy once cry once)
• Samson aluminum grip. ( I like my long foregrips)
Still looking to add the Sycthe-TI silencer along with a limb saver pad and a cheek riser, but my credit cards Hurtin right now so that’ll have to wait.
I will have to wait until Tuesday to go out for the first shots. So excited!

Band Tees, the true addiction.
After Schizophrenia was re recorded, I saw the merch at the bottom of the Spotify page and said, “I gotta have that shirt” then also said hey, I got enough this is the last one. Since then, Purple sabbath, Morbid Angel, Obituary and Deicide have joined the closet. Public enemy isn’t metal but go fuck yourself it’s Public Enemy.
The addiction is real.

To build a DMR
Hello all! As the title says I am looking to “build” a DMR but as I’ve been told as a newer shooter, buying a factory gun, putting an optic and grip on isn’t building anything but hey, I’m having fun.
I live in Colorado and I am trying to build my arsenal before August.. ifykyk.. I am new to the AR15 platform as I purchased my first one in march and have already put 1000 rounds through it. I originally wanted the .308 first but was advised to familiarize myself with the smaller cartridge.
I am looking at these two rifles. My budget is 3k no further. Through research I’ve heard more on the POFs and can actually find videos on them, but almost nothing on the Alex Pro Firearms.
The price points are obvious. I have no problem with a little more weight on a 18inch barrel and actually want this to be a big chunk of a gun. Just that extra 600+ is the kicker.
Any thoughts or opinions are very appreciated. Thank you 🤘🏻
