I’m finishing medical school this year, and over the last few semesters I’ve gradually realized that I really dislike the career I’m about to enter. The frustrating part is that many of the things I originally thought I would actually do as a doctor aren’t really part of the job in the way I imagined.

Now I’m close to graduating, and I’m questioning whether I should actually go into medicine at all. Has anyone else had this realization this late in medical school? Did you still become a doctor, switch paths, or find a specialty that changed your perspective?

I flew Qantas A380 from London to Sydney in February this year. I booked a flexible Business Class fare and managed to upgrade to First Class using Qantas Frequent Flyer points.

It was an amazing experience, and I would love to do it again.

How realistic is it to get another Business → First upgrade on this route? Is it mainly a matter of having enough points, or are there other options (cash offers, last-minute upgrades, etc.)?

Would appreciate any experiences or tips.

I’m planning to move to Prague for a few weeks, and I haven’t exchanged any money yet. I usually pay for everything by card, but I’ll certainly need some cash while I’m there for about a month. Should I exchange the whole amount at once to save on fees? And what’s the best option—exchanging cash or just withdrawing it from an ATM?

Can I use my KrisFlyer miles, "LH miles an more" which I booked in Business Class with Lufthansa, for an upgrade with Singapore Airlines and combine them with pure Singapore Airlines krisFlyer miles to get an upgrade to First Class?

I forgot my phone on the plane, while standing at the baggage claim my name was called out and a nice SQ member came to me and handed me my phone over.l
