Whats your morning routine that takes care of you?

I'm looking for motivation in a morning routine that takes care of me on the outside and inside. I typically have coffee and read once the oldest is off to school.

Lately, I have fallen back into a depressive funk and need to claw my way out.

I feel hopeless.

We looked at a house today and love it. The problem is, it's not on the market yet, so we're having to wait on the sellers to do the paperwork. But I'm so scared that once they do, they will get more for it because interest will grow due to the area, they will jack up the price over what they were originally thinking, or someone will come in with cash, etc.

We lost the last house we really loved due to the greed of the sellers, and I'm trying to keep my emotions out of this one, but it's hard. Nothing else we love has really come up, and I'm feeling hopeless. If we don't get this one, I'm afraid I'm done for a while. Its been an emotional rollar coaster and I wished it was simple as just talking to the sellers and going to the bank.

Sex only on Saturday

My husband only wants to have sex on Saturdays.

He drinks Fri and Sat.

I work Friday nights.

His reason is because he is tired during the week.

Yes, he has been to the Dr and testosteron was a bit low, not enough to warrent meds.

Occasionally we have sex maybe on a Sunday if we didnt on Saturday or Monday if im off work and didnt on Saturday or Sunday.

Its frustrating to me because Its expected and Im starting to dread Saturdays. Its the only time he is intimate with me and flirty though so I always give in because I miss him.

I have tried to flirt and come onto him when Im in the mood during the week, but im always turned down. Also the drinking part is a ek to me because he smells from it and makes him a bit annoying like a child.

I feel its all one sided and only on his terms. Yes I have told him my feelings, there dismissed like anytime I talk about my feelings. Its a lonely feeling and I feel like were room mates with Saturday benefits.

I tried to just go with it but its killed my confidence and drive. I dont know what else to do or how to get through to him.

Is it a true HH?

I had a scope done 3 years back with the same symptoms; all they found was metaplasia. Last year's scope showed it was 2 years back and a hiatal hernia, but it didn't state the size. No metaplasia then.

I want to get a recheck as whatever it is seems to be getting worse again.

Would a barium swallow study be more efficient than a scope?

My symptoms are:

• Pain below sternum when pressed; the same area seems hard, and I look constantly bloated.

• Reflux when sitting or lying down, now with coughing.

• Sometimes dull chest pains below the sternum.

• Nausea.

• Trouble swallowing sometimes, or a sensation of something stuck in my throat.

• Constipation

I was doing good, but out of no where I had a nausea bout that contributed to vomiting and since its flaired again.

Im miserable and its driving me nuts as I cant sleep good. I sleep propped up, but only time I get relief is standing. Im sick of Doctors appointments. My Dr recently retired so Ill have to start over again. I take pepcid and it makes my stomach Hurt worse. I tried other meds similar and it causes the worst stomach cramps.

Mothers day is coming up and my MIL loves beach anything but recently talked about taking a trip to Cape Cod. It will be next year but she lights up talking about it.

I want to get her a Mothers day present from there, will have to be shipping of course. Ideas on what to get her?

If anyone is from there would love to support local.

Found a house we loved, but it was a lot of back and forth with sellers being nitpicky on prices, only for us to agree then get hit with a list of HOA-like terms without a official HOA on the Deed. So we rejected it.

I'm crushed, honestly, and upset because if they had been honest upfront, we wouldn't have even wasted their time.

Now my husband says we're not buying and are going to have to wait until interest rates drop, and I don't know when that will be.

Part of me is relieved as its been a learning lesson, but im upset as its the first official house heart break.

Im about over it all.

We been upfront we want to try for usda/fha. We found a house, put in a offer, they counter offered with a bit more in price but half of the closing cost.

Lender says to go over there offer, basically giving way more than the counter with the low closing and go conventional. I understand that may win them over but no.

The house is older we want to make sure everything is inspected to a T and were trying to get a price that works for us without spending all of our savings. Doing what he suggested would cost us way more upfront and long term. Nothing that benefits us at all but the lender and seller.

I told my husbad im done because I understand everyone wants there money but Im not willing to drain our savings and go into debt over a house. I want a lender that will listen to us too. I feel like the sellers dont want to do usda/fha cause they dont want that extra cost of what will be found like electrical issues such as no gcif plugs anywhere being just one of the red flags.

Has anyone walked away mid bidding?? Like just said Im no longer interested?? Were just negotiating at this point. Its made me physically sick at this point.
