I use LineageOS on my phone with no Google apps. C:geo displays a map from Mapsforge instead. It mostly works fine, until I try to see the route to a given cache. The route always shows as a straight line, going offroad and through buildings.
Any other degooglers in the community know how to fix this?
No idea who did this or why. I'm in OGP and just ended up nil picking it. Maybe there's some still intact in the back.
Hey all! I really want to hide my first cache, but I'm still brainstorming. I feel like my area has no shortage of samey roadside caches and LPCs, and I want to make it more memorable. Curious what fun urban caches are out there, might help inspire me.
I only needed two sheets of white, but they came in a 12-pack of several colors. Curious if y'all have any ideas, I don't work with foam much but I'd hate to let it go to waste!
They're super basic as I just started beading the other day 😅 but my favorite swag is always keychains because I can hang them from my bag, so I thought it might be cool to leave some for others.
I bought some beads the other day because I'm trying to come up with crafts to do with my niece. Then it occurred to me that kandi keychains would be really cute to leave in geocaches. The flower was my only experiment that came out looking like anything 😅
This happens consistently enough that I know someone is doing it on purpose. They think it's a good idea, somehow. "Oh, no one will be using this tote, so I'll put my trash in it."
I had to peel those bags out and they tore, because they were glued to the tote with a layer of sour milk.
Learning how to do it so I can teach my niece! It says "Craft Club" because that's what we call ourselves.

Like no offense but I don't care to hear strangers rant to me about what cartoons they hate or whatever. I'd rather look at things I enjoy.

I have a 12-year-old cat, and 1-2 years ago I started walking her for an hour every day. I swear it's made her miserable. As soon as I come home from work, she's meowing at the door. Minutes after I take her inside, she's meowing at the door. Sometimes she meows in the middle of the night. If she's inside, she wants out.
She has a cat tree at each window, and she used to climb and play on them a lot, but now she mostly ignores one and uses the other for napping. She has toys in every room but she ignores them nowadays. I try to play with her myself, and she'll watch the toy for a couple minutes and then get bored. Vet says she seems healthy.
I can accept that she's getting older and is feeling less playful, but how else can I make the apartment a happy place for her? It seems like all she cares about is yard time.
ETA forgot to mention, I'm renting so cat shelves aren't an option, which is a shame because I think she'd enjoy them.

It's not the labels, this printer does it consistently. Calibrating didn't help. Wondering if anyone's found a fix for this, because it's a little annoying.
