Pole pulled mast through roof

The electrical mast at my pole barn got pulled out of place from a pole nearby. The utility company has been no help. Is this purely a homeowner issue? Or should the utility company take some responsibility?

Edit: The barn is in Michigan and passed all inspections. It was built in 2018.

Any Tips for Battling Rose Chafers?

Long time listener, first time caller on this issue. So far, I've only found them on milkweed and irises, but I'm terrified! Do you have any advice for preventing them or eradicating them once they've shown up? Thanks so much!
