im thinking of buying something like Niacinamide 5% Face Serum of minimalist because i got redness on my face from acne marks ( probably PIE not sure ) , should I buy Niacinamide 5% or 10%? I've heard that the 5% and 10% is not much difference but I wanna make sure 😭

whenever im watching an anime it sometimes by itself gets blurry and low quality for a few seconds and then it comes back to normal and it happens multiple times. It's pretty annoying because it sometimes happens when an important thing is going on in the anime, i have pretty good internet speed and the video player is set to max quality (1080p) , what should i do to fix this issue?
