CAG ने इसे वित्तीय नियमों का गंभीर उल्लंघन बताते हुए राज्य की आंतरिक नियंत्रण प्रणाली पर सवाल उठाए हैं और जवाबदेही तय कर कड़ी निगरानी व्यवस्था लागू करने की सिफारिश की है।
