I wanted to get some input on a few things that need to get fixed. First, the top plastic vent looks like it's attached with 2 screws. The plastic that holds the screw on the right broke and I want to find out how easy it is to get a replacement part for this and replace (please see photos.) The 2nd thing is the keypad panel on the right of the microwave is a little bit loose on the bottom, so when you touch the keypad, it makes some clicking noise (because it's loose.) Is there a way to tighten this back up? Finally, the carousel that spins around sometimes isn't smooth as it rotates the glass platter. I got a replacement plastic part that fits under the glass, but that doesn't seem to really help. Doesn't always do this, but wanted to get input.
