Beginner help!

I am 17F, 127 lb, 5 ft 6. I used lift in the gym 4x a week or so and reach 10k steps everyday, but I wasn’t eating well. I began to neglect any type of exercise and I ended up losing a lot of muscle.

I guess I am what you would call “skinny-fat”. I can curl at most 20 lb and can halfass a push-up, but that’s about it.

I really honestly hate the gym and don’t like the drive there, so I wanted to look into body weight exercise but I feel so in over my head. I have some equipment at home, but very little energy. Today I downloaded Strava and decided to record how long I could run for. I’m embarrassed to admit it but I only ran 2 minutes and 26 seconds before I felt like I was gonna throw up and pass out…

I am basically completely free for the next two weeks so I want to use them to build up my habits before work/school starts. So I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me plan like a daily routine building muscle, endurance, and healthy habits?

Any and all advice is welcome. I am also open to messaging privately if anyone’s up to it. (Weirdos will be blocked) thank you!!!!

What haircut would suit me?

Sorry for the creepy photos! The first 7 pictures are my haircut right now. The 8th picture is just another example of my hair and its natural texture. The 9th is me with super long, straightened hair. The last two photos are my natural hair around nip length.

I’m wondering what would suit me, my hair texture, and my face shape? I always tell myself I’ll grow my hair out but in the last two pictures I felt so ugly and uncomfortable with how I looked. I also feel like long hair doesn’t suit me?

I just feel like my haircut is always weird. I’d consider a more masculine modcut maybe? But I don’t know if it’d suit my face shape. Anyone have any input on what I should do with it? I’m open to growing it out also.

What changes should I make?

This is my current haircut. I feel like something is weird or off about it. I don’t know what to change though but I feel like something should be changed. What could I change to make it look more put-together and more like an actual haircut?

Will I ruin my skin by doing this? [Routine Help]

I am often complimented on my skin and even my dermatologists have said I have amazing skin and asked what my routine is. I recently started a prescription adapalene gel and have been wanting to simplify my routine.

These are my routines !

PM: gentle cleansing bar, byoma milky toner, (adapalene 3x a week), niacinamide, and byoma barrier treatment moisturizer.

AM: byoma milky toner, azelaic acid, byoma barrier treatment moisturizer, spf.

I grew up using jojoba oil often for my skin, hair, etc and have recently seen some people, including my mom using only jojoba oil to cleanse and moisturize (Plus an spf). Do you think my “nice skin” would change and I would regret it if I changed my routine to only jojoba oil, adapalene, and an SPF?

By the way, my skin is not necessarily acne prone, but it is sensitive and I have mild rosacea. I am also trying to clear up some post-inflammatory erythema, but I wonder if that will fade with time, spf, and adapalene?

I travel a lot for my job and often end up staying in places where it’s difficult to complete a skincare routine. I want to simplify my routine and stop buying so many skincare products, but I don’t want to destroy my skin.
