is germany the best country outside of the us for coasters? [other]

if you were to recommend one country in the world (again outside of us) for coaster enthusiasts to visit, would it be germany? from what i've seen online that seems to be the consensus in the community but i'm curious what people think here.

i'm sorry but does it bother anyone else when cis men come here and ask questions about how to look more fem?

like i know they don't mean any harm but i feel like there are actually subreddits for feminine men that they could ask. or maybe i'm projecting too much because it kinda gives me dysphoria?

do you think detransition is the right choice if you're miserable after years of hrt

my dysphoria has just gotten worse because now i hyper fixate on parts of my body that i feel look masculine that i never really did as much before starting hrt. my mental health is the worst it's ever been in my life. i have incredibly thin skin and can't handle seeing constant transphobia. if i'm ever misgendered even just accidentally it sends me in to a spiral. i really just can't deal with this life. i can't deal with being trans. it's literally too much for me to deal with anymore

edit: i wasn't sure if i should put this in the post but i'm just gonna anyway. because of my frequent mental health episodes it's looking more and more likely that i'm going to end up being sectioned (i was told this by family member) and i'm certain that if i am sectioned i won't have access to my hrt because i'm private with gendergp not an nhs gender clinic

final edit: i'm having brainworms because i keep seeing trans women saying they feel calmer and more level headed on hrt because estrogen just does that for a lot of women and i'm literally the most unstable and the least in control of my emotions than i've ever been in my life even pre hrt. and i've been on estrogen for almost 4 years. what am i doing wrong????

saying trans women aren't biologically male is actually erasing their identity as trans women

because the definition of being trans means they're biological men who's gender identity doesn't align with their biological sex. hormones don't change their sex at all they just take them to feel more aligned with their internal gender identity. it's okay to acknowledge this biological reality it doesn't mean that their social identity as women shouldn't be respected

uj/ LEAVE ME ALONE. DON'T EVER REFER TO ME AGAIN. DO NOT PERCIEVE ME. I DO NOT EXIST. I DO NOT WISH TO BE PERCIEVED

seizure like symptoms during mental health episodes

i've been having more and more frequent "breakdown" episodes lately and it's started manifesting in these almost seizure like symptoms where i became so emotionally overwhelmed that my body starts pulsating and shaking and i feel like i can't control it. is this likely just a symptom of anxiety or something else? another thing is during these episodes i sometimes get this feeling under my skin almost like insects crawling.

seizure like symptoms during mental health episodes

i don't know if i'm posting this in the right subreddit but i've been having more and more frequent "breakdown" episodes lately and it's started manifesting in these almost seizure like symptoms where i became so emotionally overwhelmed that my body starts pulsating and shaking and i feel like i can't control it. has anyone else experienced anything like this or know what could be happening?

how am i supposed to deal with the fact that the majority of cis people (even allies) don't truly see trans women as women?

like it's become more and more apparent to me over time listening to cis people talk, including the one's who generally support us, that they view transitioning and being trans as purely a social thing, a changing of pronouns and aligning oneself to certain gender roles to alleviate dysphoria, but ontologically they still view us as males who are performing our preferred gender, and they're essentially just playing along with it because they support our right to do that. i've been particularly getting upset at the amount of self proclaimed cis allies lately who have been trying to defend us by using arguments like "trans people never claimed they can change their sex, they know they're not biologically female" and "sex and gender are different." frankly i'm just sick of it and it makes me feel like being stealth is the only way i can truly be accepted as a woman. i personally feel that the realities of medically transitioning and how it changes your sex characteristics have been completely removed from the discussion of transness.

anyway sorry, i just had to vent about this

edit: also wanna add i've been really getting sick of the topic of male socialization and it's relation to trans women. obviously all trans women are going to have different experiences with this, but the assumption by a lot of cis people seems to be that all of us were accepted fully as men before we came out, and that we were accepted and welcomed in male social circles, when for a lot of us that simply wasn't the experience we had. i think there needs to be a distinction made between typical cis socialisation, and trans socialisation because the way trans and cis people experience it is often very different.

if i'm sectioned under mental health act will i still have access to my hrt

i might end up being sectioned because i keep having frequent mental health breakdowns and suicidal ideation but i'm terrified that if i do get sectioned i won't have access to my hrt after reading a post on here about a trans girl who's friend said they were refusing to let have access to her hrt after being sectioned. i get it privately from gendergp. feel dumb asking this question but i'm desperate
