Item Wanted: ASRock Z97 Extreme9 LGA 1150 Condition: Fully working or spares and repair. Bent pins ok, missing pins not so much but no deal breaker, no other damage accepted unless you're selling cheap.

Accessories: Ideally has I/O shield. Original box and anything else a bonus.

Budget: ~150£ depends on condition, PayPal or cash preferred

Postage/Location: PayPal Goods and services or Bristol area, can travel further if necessary.

Bought a PC CD video game, inside packaging bubble wrap has extremely strong smell of urine, presumably animal in nature.

Don't know what possessed me to open it further but there's also wet spots on the inside, which again I'm sure is piss. Didn't check game contents as it reeks so bad the smell filled up the room in seconds and needed airing for ~2h to clear.

My issue is Vinted doesn't want to give me a full refund including postage costs and seller is no communication before and after, he just accepted return and I have to pay for it.

Mistake or not I don't see why I have to pay for a return and not get 100% of my money back given It's not my issue.

What options do I have for a full refund, I'm keeping the game and packaging outside but initiated a return, will not post until last day/days after I've had some advice.
