Been seeing a lot these days aajkal k ldko ko alag hi chull machi hui hai ki agar life me ldki nahi hai ya unse ldki nahi pat rhi h especially for sex and all to wo bhut lonely hai and unke life me koi fun hi nhi hai. Being a boy myself I do accept ki ek age me aakr chull machti hai pr agar tumse meanwhile koi attract nahi ho rha iska matlab ye nahi ki tumhare life me kuch krne ko nahi hai bahar niklo ghumo, khao, khud pr kharch kro fun aayega bhaiyo and launde dost bnane pr focus kro kyuki bros are always there till the end.

So I work with one of the Big4 and in the very first year I met a girl in my team who seemed to very high in attitude girl since I had a buff with her but then an office party happened and I met her in person since we were working from home during covid time. My perspective changed after meeting her and then we starter dating each other after se time. The dating turned into a great relationship my whole team appreciated about the compatibility we had but then there was a guy from other team who used to reach out to her and when I asked her to avoid him she blocked him and everything was fine but last year we felt that we are arguing a lot on various things and she asked for a break up. I completely lost myself post the breakup and to my greatest surprise she ended up with that same guy whom I asked her to avoid. I know it should not affect me since we are not together but I will be brutal honest this relationship broke me to hell. Now my marriage is fixed with another girl but I still find myself lost in her thoughts and also it becomes very difficult for me to sit in the same team and work. What should I do in this situation and how can I completely get over this.
