I am new and here is my character!

J****ust started playing and it’s great! I enjoy changing my axolotl color scheme to match her clothes. I also love designing her house! Show off your house and character here if you like!

Some days I wish they just use an app to pay their bills. Why are we responsible does that is beyond me? CVS doesn’t even get paid enough for it.

Anyway this is about a customer I had today… my manager was next to me mind you… so his rent had cents at the end… for explains you say one cent if it’s one cent etc… or say ten cents etc… thats how you say money. This person said the change as just one like one penny. I repeated the amount two times saying one penny or one cent… I said it both ways. Man said yes. It shows on screen. He keeps going… pays.

15 mins later wants me to do it all over again cause he meant ten cents and one ment ten cents for some reason or he said 10. He basically just told me numbers not the amount in dollars… which is when I said I told you thee different ways the total and you agreed. He was so angry and luckily he left saying he will be charged fifty dollar late fee.

I told my manager who just laughed and said he is responsible, you did everything right… but it’s annoying. Learn to say money… not random numbers cause at the end of the day you are responsible for your bills.

I really think people go into a store and just refuse basic skills like reading, listening etc… I have to tell people to read the screen all the time! Also to double check all the time!

Anyone experience something similar?
