I noticed this little guy a couple weeks ago. What is it and is he eating my caterpillars? I don’t see any cats anywhere and I know there has been a couple on this plant. How do I get rid of it?

I can’t believe these tiny eggs will be butterflies. Blows my mind every time. My first couple of eggs this year!
