Help me out with Dress Western

To start, I'm a native Texan and occasionally wear boots but I don't really dress Western even though I have a few Western items. My niece is having her quinceañera in a couple of months and the theme is dress Western. Looking for a gut check so I don't look too goofy lol.

I've got:

Black cherry French toe Luccheses with matching belt.

Wrangler 13MWZ

Plum sportcoat with light blue stripes

Is a regular dress shirt fine or do I need to find a nice pearl snap or Western dress shirt? And if I do need one, who makes a good one?

Also, do I need a tie?

I think I'm a cowboy boot guy now

I bought a vintage pair of black cherry Luccheses as my 1st pair of cowboy boots and wore them for the 1st time yesterday. The amount of compliments I've gotten on them has been insane: at work, at the barber shop, at the liquor store... people seem to really appreciate them. It's a nice change of pace from my normal rotation of Aldens and AEs.

Lucchesse L6603?

Can anyone give me an ID on these? They look pretty good with the exception of the scuff on the toe. Going to look them over tomorrow. Anything I'm missing on condition? Thanks for the help. Looking for my 1st pair or cowboy boots.

Edit: I found the drjjoyner's post with the 1991 pricelist. These are a vintage pair of "Hobby & Jessie" with the plain vamp & French toe. The Gavin appears to be the spiritual successor. If they're in as good of condition as they look I'll be happy at $120 asking price.
