Wherever Tigers are introduced to where there are already Grey Wolves, it has lead to the localized extinction of Grey Wolves in that area.

There's nothing mightier than the Tiger in their natural habitat - what a phenomenal beast.

Minsu Kim is such a great player

I know he hasn't seen a ton of the ball so far in this game, but his first touch, speed, passing and general play are something special to me. It feels nice Rangers having some good East Asian talent for once, as I always annoyingly was jealous of the talent Celtic had when they had Maeda et al.

I think eventually other teams Europe will be on to him but we should hold onto him as long as possible, he is a joy to watch.

Day 65 - I feel this relationship is slowly healing me

I stopped fapping 65 days ago, and I will say the biggest thing that has helped me with this is my relationship.

Since I stopped, I noticed especially the last 2-3 weeks, I have a bit more confidence and calm, and I can talk to people easier. I won't say I had social anxiety before but I was always not the type of person to really talk to people I didn't know or have confidence in that respect.

I noticed it's a lot easier talking to strangers now, I find it more effortless and I even spoke to someone at the gym yesterday, something I never have initiated by myself ever.. for a year I have been going to the gym on my own, getting the workouts in and going home.. it hasn't felt the same since my gym buddy passed away. But yesterday I made a comment to someone and started talking like I'd known them a while, the dopamine hit was insane and I was so proud of myself lol.

I also noticed I'm horny for my gf more now, and it feels good. I had sex with her 3x when she stayed overnight at the weekend and it was amazing, it felt real, genuine and I was in the moment, not doubting my performance or anything like that. It feels like slowly my brain is rewiring.

Sure, I still find other women attractive and I still like what I like, but I can enjoy that thought and not get horny or get the urge to fap so much.

I posted the other day that X nearly made me relapse. I urge y'all to stay off that if you can. Anything that might trigger you, avoid like the plague.

Reddit is helpful cause you can toggle off the NSFW stuff here and have a wholesome feed.

Anyway, keep going all of you and best of luck.

She never loved her kids.

I think this woman wanted a typical American dream white picket fence life.

This was the case and evidently proved by her defense.

In her journal entries years before having children she specified how much she wanted children, many children and to have them be successful and happy and to have a family, she must've really been influenced by her job helping deliver babies as a midwife.

She did eventually get that life. She met a loving guy who became her husband. He was financially capable as he worked in tech and it suited her down to the ground.

It enabled her to move in with him 2 years into their relationship and they even lived in different houses and bought new houses together, likely exclusively with his money.

So, she had a job she seemed to enjoy, met a good guy with a high paid job, and moved into a great affluent area.

She could afford not to work in reality. What could be better?

They got married, and there was only one thing left to complete the American dream, have a family.

However, it to make this as short as possible, she noticed raising children was not a walk in the park, it took time, effort, patience, love, care, strength and selflessness.

It was a far cry from what she likely imagined.

I think over the years, she realised that having kids and a family wasn't what it was cracked up to be - and it's stated in journal entries how much she finds one of her children very difficult, maybe I'm wrong but I could have sworn I read that she didn't like him or something(?) but don't quote me on that.

I just don't think she had what it took to be a mother and raise her kids. She realised this ajd couldn't handle it. She couldn't understand why. Her dream was crushed and she was angry at herself as well for not having an easy time and maybe not moving them like she was meant to.

She realised she wasn't wired for motherhood and this ate her up inside.

She refused help from the hospitals and medical professionals, withheld information and even lied that one of the hospitals refused her care when in fact she refused theirs.

She had plenty of help from her family, extended family, nanny's, her husband, friends and her two oldest kids were in school.

She was on maternity leave and her husband said it was ok if she didn't go back. He worked from home after all, they had the nanny and she was also there.

I don't quite think people understand how she had literally everything she could have wanted in every single way.

She never seemed to encounter genuine hardship ever in her adult life, at least since her marriage.

Many women don't get 20% of the support she got, her wealth, her marriage, kids and living very well financially.

This woman was a genuine narcissist and psychopath.

She did not love her kids, and the reason why she didn't expect consequences for her actions is that she was not planning on being there.

She did not commit suicide out of grief and not being able to handle killing her kids, or because of psychosis, she never showed any signs.. she did it because she knew that she would face the consequences of her actions if she had tried to live.

This is evidenced by the fact she asked immediately if she needed an attorney and if her legs were straight.. after killing her kids. That is someone cold blooded and out of touch with reality.

She doesn't care, she never cared - to put the final nail in the coffin she used resistance bands in the weeks after the murders like it was nothing. Completely psychopathic.

The fact she is optimistic and hopeful for the future speaks volumes that she feels like a new woman now her kids are dead.

She never loved anyone except herself.

Day 60.. finally

I struggled the most I ever have last night.. the pull of NSFW videos was insane and I'm ashamed to admit I faltered and almost relapsed.

Never get too confident or complacent. Sometimes it will creep up on you.

It wasn't until I went on X some days ago that I came across more explicit content which got the urges running the last few days.

Keep going and X is the devil lol.

Day 55.

Gone from recent days of pretty much zero urges to sometimes many urges and sexual thoughts and arousal.

At times I wonder if this is sustainable for the long haul, as I know at some point again I will likely fap.. at least not to porn this time.

It helps that I've started seeing someone and I can have intimate physical relations, if I didn't have this I feel I'd have struggled more.

Everyone here is on a different journey. Some to remove porn forever which I think is most of us, some stopping masturbation for a certain period, some looking to test themselves, etc.

I don't think masturbation in itself is bad, especially not compared to the consumption of porn. That is evil in my opinion. I personally don't see a problem with people doing it, however in genuine moderation.

So far I am enjoying the journey and seeing where it leads me.

What's going on with Rangers?

As a fan who's father was born and bred in Glasgow, I've been to Glasgow many times and been to Ibrox, granted not for many years.

The days going up there and watching the games on TV were great, in the early to mid 00's. Now it feels different, granted I haven't been to Glasgow since 2013 and live in London, but even watching Rangers games something feels off like we're a shadow of what we were back then when we had the likes of Prso, wee Nacho Novo, Pedro Mendes, McCulloch, David Weir etc.

We seem to have fallen off.. I know some stuff happened with the ownership and rival fans like to say this isn't actually Rangers anymore. But what's caused this decline, or is it all in ma heed?

We haven't won the league since Gerrard, and we seem to fall short of silverware a lot.

It is a shame Celtic just run away with it every year, it feels like Bayern in the Bundesliga.. how can we get back to where we were?

What got you into your fascination of Tigers?

What got you into your fascination of Tigers? (Pic: Anthony Goldman)

Who is your favourite Tiger? What's your favourite park out of Ranthambore, Kanha, Panna, Jim Corbett, Pench, Bandhavgarh, Tadoba?

Which parks have you been to?

I want to know more about these Tigers and the parks.

Who are the most well known, best characters etc.

I have had a fascination with tigers since I could talk - I have always had cats in my life and feel deeply connected to felines, Tigers being the most breathtaking and incredible animals.

I love the story and history of Machali and her dynasty, who gave us the likes of Krishna, Arrowhead, Riddhi and Siddhi from Ranthambore.

I want to know some of the Tigers and history too! What's going on now in different parks, etc.

Parasaurolophus skull at London's Natural History Museum

The skull alone was absolutely massive. I can't imagine what it would be like to walk this earth during the same time as them.

The NHM is one of the museums that you just have to see if you are into Natural History and Dinosaurs. The collection I feel isn't as big as it used to be but it is still very cool to visit.

I really enjoyed coming here again.

Have you ever been?

I'm pleased to announce, day 30 has arrived.

This is probably the second best steak I've had in a long time. I reached day 54 or so 7+ years ago and have dabbled in NoFap on and off since. Sometimes I go a week or two without even realising or trying to abstain.

I've dealt with a few moments of genuinely horrifically strong urges, but once I've ridden the wave, it's fine.

I've had two orgasms in this time frame, both with a lady I'm currently seeing. Not fapped at all or fapped to porn in this time.

I've noticed I still get lazy and procrastinate like before, but I feel a bit more mentally strong and driven. Slightly more confidence and a bit more chill/calm, less anxiety.

I will try to cut my phone usage down a bit too as like with many people I doomscroll for too long on a daily basis. This, coupled with being in a calorie deficit and hitting the gym, while trying to lose fat and build muscle will help even more.

All the best.

Day 16, however..

I met up with a girl I've been seeing on and off (it's complicated ok lol) on day 13 and we watched England Vs Norway in the world cup and well, one thing led to another. I released that night and we had sex the next morning (no release).

I feel in a sense rejuvenated and with a lack of urges compared to the 12 days prior. I guess this is normal.

Maybe my brain is slowly rewiring to only accept real life situations where I can enjoy something with a real person, rather than me alone in my room with my right hand.

It feels good, however I wonder how I'd feel if this didn't happen and I was on day 16 without what happened on Saturday happening.

I'd likely be struggling more.

I enjoyed my time more in person with her knowing that I had been without for nearly 2 weeks prior and she could feel the difference in my volume lmao..

Anyone had a similar experience?

I hope this isn't a relapse as it was something real with someone in person.

Just wanted to say you guys live in a beautiful city. You're very lucky.

I visited for the first time today and wow what a charming, beautiful and picturesque city you live in.

I was so taken back by the old world traditional style of the buildings. The sand coloured buildings, the gothic (?) style architecture of the buildings, the vibe and energy also just felt positive and relaxing.

As a Londoner it was a nice change not to see modern minimalist buildings everywhere. I felt like I'd stepped back in time.

I didn't even get to see some of what I wanted, like the Cathedral, the museums and the Library properly.

I will definitely be back in August to do those. I really enjoyed my day trip - just wanted to say how great your city is.
