My device is properly connected, dev mode enabled and it shows this error, it's been a while since I used Rookie, is this a common error? any ideas what's causing it?

Hello folks, I’m not an experienced reader, but I’m a history nerd, obsessed with Rome. I read the Iliad about a year ago and I understood half of it and didn’t really enjoy it, I rushed it to end it as soon as I could. My goal now is to read the Eneid, I own a no commentary version. What tips can you give me to comprehend the book and truly enjoy the read? Thanks.
Edit: I’m from Argentina, that’s why I misspelled Aeneid, we say Eneida.
I have played both games, but I much rather to play a long vic 3 campaign and extend it through the XX century, even though technologies are missing and warfare is different, than playing the slow rate micromanaging hell that I find HOI4 to be. Does anyone feel this way too?
Are there any mods that feature this periods:
-Alexanders conquest
-Greco Persian Wars
-peloponnesian war
- Early Diadochi wars
- later roman starts (either early mid or late imperial)

I’m in a situation where my tyranny is really high and there is always some event getting it higher while it goes down too slowly. My nobles are all disloyal and i’m constantly bribing and persuading them, also giving free hands and holdings ignoring the effects that those actions have, and even so their loyalty is always being reduced for no aparent reason. My provinces are all disloyal, my political influece is in the negatives and I can’t even bribe anymore.
Im 3 months away from civil war, I had already fought 2 and they are boring and exhausting, so I don’t want to fight another empire wide conflict.
About the wars, just ignore them, one is a province rebellion and the other is a greek conquest I started because I have been 3 decades unsuccessfully trying to get things in order and I got bored.
Please give me tips or advices to get my game in order, or just say its too late and im better off starting over. Mods are Invictus and crisis of the third century.
