F/29/5’1” [85kg > 64kg = 21kg (12 months) Weight Loss Progress

Being only 5’1”, carrying that extra weight was something I really struggled with, both physically and mentally. I never imagined I’d get to a point where I’d feel this much fitter and stronger.

I’ve gone from being someone who didn’t really exercise to running, strength training and doing HYROX. I’ve lost over 20kg, dropped multiple clothing sizes and completely changed what my body is capable of.

I’m still working towards my goal, but I’m trying to appreciate how far I’ve already come rather than constantly focusing on the next number.
Just wanted to share because sometimes when you’re in the middle of it, it’s easy to forget how much can actually change. ❤️

28 F - From UK - would like a daily pal

I’m really into fitness and HYROX (currently training for Rome 👀), and over the last 10 months, I went from 85kg to 58kg.

Outside the gym, I’m a science lecturer and a massive animal lover, especially cats. So please send me cat picture if you have one 😍

Would be nice to chat with people into:
• HYROX/gym life
• Weight loss/fitness journeys
• Science/animal nerd stuff
• Cats obviously 🐈
• Or just life in general really

Please no weird conversations

28F - Gym Chat

Looking to chat with people who are into the gym or HYROX. I train regularly, pretty active, and always up for talking training, races, or just general fitness stuff.

Also a big animal lover 🐾 so bonus points if you are too!
