I'll say this, the website has been getting actually nice to use, I use an android and I've felt the app getting faster and faster. As a software engineer, I have a hunch that they're embracing vibecoding to improve the app, which to their credit is being used to improve it quite a lot.

I'm the developer of OpenXplorer, an open-source file manager built primarily for Zorin OS and people moving from Windows.
It supports tabs, clickable paths, local folders, SMB/NAS shares, Windows-style addresses such as \server\share, pins, drag-and-drop, search, and light/dark themes.
The current build is 1.0.0-rc.4. It is an unsigned development .deb, so please test with disposable files and a non-critical share first. Installation does not automatically replace your default file manager or change system mounts.

Is there any tools out there to be able to just take these MCA contracts and track these properly?
It feels like most accounting software is not really built to be able to track stuff like this, if you're a small team, I can see how this can get overwhelming.
Like getting proper reminders and tracking deal stages seems to be something only built for brokers/isos, so its quite funny that its all to help push contracts down our throats.
Isin't it funny how in this industry that the only person that wins by keeping info behind gated terms like 'factor rate' instead of just calling it interest rates are brokers/funders/isos.

Bypassed Telus's 3G NAH box with an X-ONU-SFPP (8311) — here's what you need to know
Successfully replaced my Telus NAH box using an X-ONU-SFPP module loaded with 8311 software. Big thanks u/sengh71 who pointed out the Alibaba listing — picked it up for just over $100 CAD, compared to >~200 CAD it would've taken to import the WAS-110:

If you don't have an SFP adapter for initial setup, there's one extra step not covered in the standard guide
For Ubiquiti users specifically — the SFP module uses a static IP (192.168.11.1) which won't be reachable by default. To access it from your main network, SSH into your UDM/USG and bridge the address to br0:
ip addr add 192.168.11.2/24 dev br0
This lets you hit 192.168.11.1 from your browser on the main network. From there, change the SFP's IP to whatever fits your setup, then just follow the rest of the guide as written.

1x USW-Pro-Max-24-PoE - Mounted via 3d printed mount, there's spacing off the wall and don't want to buy a rack if I don't have to.
Offscreen is a server connected to the USW pro via a DAC cable, and DAC between the fiber and the switch.

Have a google cast at the bottom and an amplifier for some speakers with yolink there. The white box on the top right is the (now deprecated) NAH box
