Waited since 1st may and got this . Ordered the 1st pic but got the 2nd one . It's also in good quality but completely different product as i paid extra for hardcover. Should I raise complain against flipkart on consumer helpline ?

Kotak 811 Classic vs 811 Super – Which zero balance variant should I pick for ₹2K-3K monthly spends?

Hey everyone,

I want to open a zero balance savings account primarily to handle my online and offline retail expenditures. I'm looking closely at Kotak Mahindra Bank and am confused between two of their 811 variants: the standard 811 Classic and the upgraded 811 Super.

My spending profile:

My average monthly expenditure is around ₹2,000 to ₹3,000 max. I do spend regularly on online shopping and offline merchants, but I'm nowhere near hitting their maximum ₹500/month cashback target.

I know the Super variant has a ₹499 annual subscription fee but offers 5% cashback on debit card transactions, provided you do a single incoming transfer of ₹10,000 each month to activate it (which I can comfortably cycle through from a family member and transfer right back).

For those using either of these accounts:

With a baseline spend of ₹2,000–₹3,000 a month, does the 5% cashback on the Super variant actually cross the ₹499/year fee threshold to make a decent profit? Or will the subscription fee just eat up most of my savings?

Does the cashback track cleanly on standard e-commerce platforms and daily merchant POS swaps, or are there hidden merchant code exclusions?

Should I take the Super version for the bundled physical premium card and insurance, or just play it safe and stress-free with the 100% free 811 Classic digital account?

Would love to get your breakdown on which one makes more financial sense for this spending bracket. Thanks!

Guidance needed: Pursuing Regular B.Ed. while in final year of MA (Distance/ODL)

myquals: UG (77.95% from WBSU), currently pursuing MA Political Science 3rd Sem (RBU Distance).

Hi everyone,

I need some guidance regarding B.Ed. admission for the 2026-28 session. Here is my current academic profile:

UG: 77.95% (from WBSU).

Ongoing PG: Currently in my 3rd semester of MA in Political Science (2024-26 batch) from Rabindra Bharati University (RBU) in Distance/ODL mode.

Target: B.Ed. admission at Arya Bharat Sikshya Pratisthan (affiliated with BSAEU/WBUTTEPA).

My Specific Queries:

Dual Degree Validity: According to the modified UGC guidelines (April 2025), a student can pursue one full-time physical program and one ODL program simultaneously. Since my MA is distance and B.Ed. will be regular, is there any administrative hurdle I should expect during registration?

Migration Certificate Issue: I did my graduation from WBSU. I have an RBU registration certificate for my MA, but I never submitted a migration certificate to RBU. Can I use my original WBSU migration certificate for B.Ed. admission while continuing my MA at RBU?

RBU Policy: Does RBU Distance Education (CDOE) generally require an NOC for students taking up a physical B.Ed. course?

I have the latest UGC notification which states that simultaneous degrees are valid. If anyone has recently navigated this specific path (especially in West Bengal), your advice would be very helpful.

Thanks in advance!
