Has anyone sent in their shure for repairs? Heard it's a flat fee but I am not sure if they have changed it.

My cable that's on the side of the mic coming out from its body seems to have detached a bit causing static/full mute if it's not on the right angle and it is getting very very annoying.

However besides the £25 fee if I reject their quote, I get an estimated price of £280 on their website which is close to a brand new microphone?

I've checked local repair stores too and for now they all seem to follow the same procedure, £50 flat fee if I reject their quote

I don't know how much effort is needed for such a repair but having spent almost 400 on the mic and now another 300 on a repair :/

Just wondering if I will have to pay the £280 or if people have gotten a similar repair done for cheaper by going to another store or shure themselves quoting a lower price

Tried out smolder for the first time in ranked (tried it before in practice and swift) and it's been okay except the tiny detail that I did not hit 225 stacks in a 37min game. By the time the game was over I was at 217 stacks.

I still have to get used to last hitting in early and such but how do people get 225 stacks pre-30? I was in a lot of teamfights and ended up 6/6/17 which I thought it would compensate a bit for my low cs but I was veeeeery wrong

I don't mind doing it but why? I have been asked several times to upload my passport again and again, calls, to provide the same proof i've always been providing, and now they are asking me to take a selfie right outside my door as proof that I am living there?

What is the point? I can't help but laugh and I was just curious if this is just me or if this is a standard check people go through

No hate, I am genuinely asking what is the point? I just got a miss fortune support while I was hovering kaisa and someone else took the dodge because we were against a draven morgana?

Like, yes I am aware mf support can work (I guess?) but wouldn't an ACTUAL support be much much better? Especially with the adc I am hovering?

I know that some weird picks are also good like fiddle, sion, maybe sylas, idk something with cc, but ashe/ezreal/miss fortune, even kaisa support, I will never understand what's the point?

Only adc supp I see viable is senna and thats it, am I missing something in these picks? Should I trust them or just take the dodge? Because all I could see was an ff 15 and the team agreed that we should dodge
