My dad has Menieres and he's had to take Meclizine five times in two weeks to avoid a vertigo attack. This medicine slows him down and all he can really do after is sleep. He has been to the ER because of severe vertigo about 5 times in the last year or so. Any help/advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Feeling musically uninspired lately and need fresh recs!

I'm in a leadership role and have to give little speeches from time to time, and the anxiety before and during these things is unreal. I was wondering if there was an online group - almost like a chat room - where people can hop in and practice their speeches or presentations with whoever's around to listen?

Easy, low key Memorial Day weekend here in the U.S. I recently started my own thing and boy, entrepreneurship can be lonely. I'm looking for a platonic friend to shoot the shit with. I love movies/tv, music, live comedy and trying new restaurants. I make a killer gin fizz. Not into gaming or sports but I'm a sucker for sports apparel. My ideal Saturday morning is putting on a Mets hoodie and going on a walk to get coffee and a bagel. And I prefer my bagel toasted with butter over cream cheese. Sue me.
