I've invested nearly 600 hours in the game ( some 200 hours in my previous account). And my results were bad. I'm playing a lot these days as I have time, but the improvement is slow. And my K/D is 🙂
Edit: Just decided to leave playing the game completely. Probably, im not the right person for the game!

I've (26) got Niva Bupa Insurance for like for 10k for me, the unlimited restore plan. I was thinking of getting one for my parents as well from the same, but my parents are so concerned about high premium ( 70k for both with immediate coverage of bp, diabetes in 30 days pack+ 10k for me).
I'm from Andhra Pradesh, so my parents are saying they'll just rely on some Insurance scheme by the State Govt that can cover 25l in total for both combined,which I don't trust is secure if something serious hits them. So looking for a cheaper plan with decent coverage ( atleast 25l per claim, like ergo and Niva bupa with restore limit features), but with a little bit less premium so I can convince them to take it.
I think Star Health has relatively less price or I need to check again, but there are tons of negative reviews to it, regarding claim rejections, I'm very against it at the moment on it.
Please help me with some good insurances I can take. If it's fine, please use examples of premiums u pay so it will help me understand and compare which plans are better for me.

So, I have bipolar for nearly 10 years, i started taking medication just last year, and my cycles kinda decreased and im stable now.
But lately im having issues like sleeping at weird times, like initially it started at 2 am or so due to over time work ( toxic env) and now, though im not in such a team, im now sleeping at 3 am or even at 6 am.
Just weird cause i was such a morning person during maniac ( crazy early like 4 am ) & even before when i dont have bipolar.
So, today is the lowest of all days, i didnt sleep complete day. Just afraid if ill get maniac.
Usually if i sleep im getting that 8 hrs of sleep, like im sleeping 5 am or 6 am and getting up at 2pm which is weird sleep cycle.
But today im skipping sleep as i have lot of work., and im done with this weird cycle of morning sleeping. Im on regular bipolar meds & ocd meds.
Please help me with the query, as im afraid i may get maniac again which i dont want to.
I want to take a health insurance and I've never faced getting rejected from a health insurance, infact its the opposite where I was bombarded with spam insurance calls a lot.
But lately, I want to take a non corporate insurance and went for HDFC ergo, the contact person directly said that my quote will most likely get rejected as I have BIPOLAR, and it felt very weird for me.
I contacted Star Health insurance which actually is fine with my bipolar, but i heard that star insurance rejects reimbusment for mental disorders like bipolar and also the agent said they have 3 years waiting period before I can avail insurance amount on Bipolar like disorders.
I'm so confused what to do. I don't want to HIDE this as it may hit back at us in future. But also, I want coverage on Bipolar.
Also, please let me know if u guys are using any health insurance. Even with premium.

I’m playing Rainbow Six Siege in my Lenovo LOQ laptop. Ram is 24 GB and 4060 Graphics with 8 gb vram.
The game was working fine last 2 months, by laptop too is just 1 year old and barely has any files except some PDFs and light weight files.
But idk, since few days my Siege is hanging a lot. FPS is fluctuating between 10 to 150s. I tried removing all softwares, but seems like it’s not the issue.

So, post my OCD and bipolar diagnosis, I started eating irregularly. I was very structured 10 years back with below 20 bmi always, but started gaining weight very badly instantly during my first episode.
Now, Im nearly 29 bmi. 5'7 M , 94 KG.
So, after trying many things, and giving up due to my extremely busy schedule , Im thinking of using ozempic.
Just making sure if its fine, like there won't be any interaction between that and the bipolar meds, OCD meds ( if u have context of).
Anyone using ozempic? Given weight gain is a very common thing in bi polar. Or have u been advised or heard otherwise?
