Wireless Xbox 360 Controller Repair: How can I re-run traces and replace joystick solder pads?

I did a bit of damage to the PCB of my controller while desoldering drifty joysticks. Through lifted pads and stripped traces, it looks like repair will be difficult if not impossible/impractical. Any advice on which traces need to be re-run or where I could find out?

Problems after replacing Sony WM-FX33 drive belt

I am attempting to repair a Sony WM-FX33 cassette Walkman and have encountered multiple problems after replacing the drive belt (reputably-sourced):

Rhythmic clicking, belt seizing/throwing, and gear skipping when RWD & FF pressed. There are intermittent occasions that everything turns appropriately in either direction when buttons are pressed.

I determined the correct belt path, spent hours cleaning the fly wheel and pulleys of the old belt residue w/ 99% IPA, and inspected gears for missing teeth. The following short video shows these problems occurring:

I am a noob with cassette player repair and thought the belt replacement would be an easy fix. Please help 🙏
