Need advice regarding repeated threats and harassment from neighbours .

My younger sister and her friend used to play with a neighbour’s daughter. A few months ago, there was an argument between the girls after the neighbour’s daughter allegedly insulted my sister’s friend by calling her “mentally retarded.” After that, my sister and her friend stopped talking to her

Recently, the neighbour’s mother has been repeatedly shouting from her balcony at my sister and her friend, accusing them of harming her daughter and saying they come from “ill-mannered homes.” The father of the girl has also allegedly threatened violence and said he would “break their legs.”

There has been no physical fight from our side, but the constant shouting and threats are creating stress and disturbance in the neighbourhood.

What legal steps can be taken in India if neighbours repeatedly threaten minors and publicly harass them? Should we first make a general diary entry/NC complaint at the local police station, or is there a better approach?

I am just a class 12 guy preparing for exams and parents arent that educated ,my sister cries everyday because of this

hello guys,i scored 86.2%ile in jee main 1 due to errors in chem,my chem was also weak ,i cried i couldnt process what the heck just happened ,my parents were strict damn strict they always used to compare me with everyone it ruined my mental health completely i dont have any friends to share anything then boards came up my chem was weak i thought i wont be able to clear chem criteria for bitsat but anyways it went decent , i suffer from GAD disorder,i also had bitsat 2 and jm 2 and filled comedk form as backup , jm1 gave me so much trauma that i couldnt overwhelm gave jm2 without prep scored 93.2 %ile ( decided not to overattempt) but i failed in bitsat 9 scored 147) bits was my dream college i gave up i thought im not made for engineering so i just relaxed but comedk was also approaching solved every pyq of last 10 years had no expectations from myself got 9s2 was just talking to others and not over stressing my self ,came out of exam hall realised it was the toughest shift ,was waiting for results ,then cbse boards came and man the result was horrendous ,i mean i couldnt digest itscored just 62 out of 100 in chem ,82% overall ,it ruined my manipals plan ,barely cleared bitsat criteria ( 227/300) i was in my shambles and now today everything has just changed i scored exact 100 marks in 9s2 ,yes exact century idk what rank i might get but anyways a decent college with good branch is loading.

All those who are preparing for entrances and thinking of giving up .dont i repeat dont had i gave up i would have been in some shitty tier 3 private college it will work it in the end just work fucking hard ,never give up

i scored 88 in jm1 and jm 2 is 93 im ews candidate with hs odisha what can i expect at IPU counselling rank is 1.1 lakh

i couldnt crack bitsat in 1st attempt ,and my chem is extremely weak i thought im gonna fail boards but but i scored 227/300 barely crossing pcm score lol and chem ka 60 ka bhi criteria cleared hai lol

hello rvce seniors,by gods grace hopefully my comedk went well and i may get good branch in rvce ,actually im from odisha so actually after JEE main 1 i didnt go to my coaching allen for few months and yesterday my dad met allen teachers and they asked mai kaha admission lunga then dad said most prolly rvce via comedk then my teachers said that it is a fraud college and the placement package is highly inflated becz after 1 year of placement the companies throw out the people and they take people just to fill the placement needs

is it true ? becz it was my last hope and my parents are quite uneducated so they just think what my teachers say

hello seniors of comedk ,my jee was not that good(93) ,im prepping for comedk for last 10 days my chapters which i hyv done till very good level are - sets,quad,sequence series,parabola,straight line,ellipse,complex,calculus(except integration) ,vector and 3d geometry ,matrices determinant ,trigonometry physics - basically whole syllabus , chemistry-pc whole ,ioc- 12th portion bahot acche se hua haiu and class 11 thoda basic pr hi hai ,oc- ye thik se hua hai sivaay goc ke ,im currently solving comedk pyq as a paper from examside,pls tell what more to do to get very good rank in comedk
