The UK/ USA main cast equivalents sometimes pop up on fan groups, but there are a couple of equivalents of smaller characters that I think are interesting, but aren’t discussed.

Hannah in the USA version, I would say she had an equivalent in the original UK show, Anne, played by the brilliant Elizabeth Berrington. Anne is only there for a short time just like Hannah. Anne is pregnant and everything is about her and her pregnancy. Anne doesn’t gel with any of the others and she is not likeable at all in the office.

However she’s one of my favourite smaller characters in the uk show, Elizabeth Berrington is a fabulous actress, but the character is just so understated and is the butt of the joke in what is one of the cringiest and yet funniest scene in the uk show.

Any Hannah or Anne fans in here? Can we have a Hannah and Anne appreciation for being horrible post 😂

Michael at Phyllis and Bob’s wedding

Please help me understand the timeline of Michael there, because Bob threw Michael out during the speeches, but at the end of the episode we see Michael at the cake cutting/ cake smashing. Would the speeches have taken place after the cake thing or before it?

I’ve always wanted to be on a jury and today I got summoned, I only know 2 people who have previously been summoned to jury service, what should I expect, what should I wear (seriously I have very few clothes (but I know it isn’t a fashion parade). Do I get sent home if I don’t get picked each day? How long do they allow for breaks? What if someone needs a loo break? Have any of you been on a jury, what was it like and would you want to do it again?
