Looking for Software Engineer roles

Hi everyone! I’m looking for Software Engineer/Developer opportunities in Canada. I have around 6 years of industry experience in the US, a US Bachelor’s and Master’s in Computer Science, and several industry certifications.
I’ve been applying through LinkedIn, Indeed, and company websites but haven’t had much luck getting interviews.
For those working in Canadian tech, what’s the best way to find opportunities? Are there specific job boards, recruiters, companies, or networking strategies you’d recommend?
I’m open to relocating anywhere in Canada. Any advice, leads, or referrals would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Looking for App Reviews: app for coffee lovers and coffee business owners

I've built an app called My Cafe Community for all the coffee lovers that's focused on helping independent coffee shops build stronger local communities.
The idea is simple:
☕ Discover local coffee shops nearby (local and chains)
📲 Follow your favorite cafés for new drinks, specials, and updates
👥 Find coffee meetups and events
🎁 Earn rewards across participating cafés (universal rewards coffee app)
📸 Share your favorite drinks pictures and build a coffee profile
The goal isn't to replace Instagram or Yelp—it's to give independent coffee shops a dedicated platform that helps them become more discoverable, engage with customers, and compete with larger chains.
It's currently live on the App Store:
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/my-cafe-community/id6754948348
Website:
https://mycafecommunity.com
I'm still in the early stages and would genuinely love feedback. I am also open to including co founders and investors.
Thanks! Always looking to improve

Would you use something like this?
What's missing?
Is this solving a real problem?
Thanks! Always looking to improv

Hey guys! I am looking for advice on my immigration situation for Green Card. For context, I have been in the US since 2017. First, I was on F1 and then OPT, Stem OPT and then H1B which is valid until August 2028 (6 years max out). I am from ROW, have a Bachelor's and Master's in Computer Science and 5+ years of industry experience in the US as a Software Engineer.

I applied for EB2 NIW twice and got denied both times. On the other hand, my employer has started the perm process for EB2. Hopefully everything goes smoothly for the PERM process and I will get green card within 2-3 years (looking at the current trend).

What I have been worried about is I don't want to totally rely only on one option. So I want to start another process on the side like EB3 skilled or unskilled and also start process for Australia PR. For EB3 unskilled, I was looking into BDV solutions. Would it be wise to start EB3 considering my situation? Any advice or suggestions are appreciated.
