Posting here heals somethign within me . Seitan with edamame in a kind of mongolianbeef sauce but I made it my own way with what I had and my ow meaudmrennts so it didn’t taste like Mongolian beef but it was good

Literally don’t need anything else a sausage or dog would help but not needed

I wish I was in my 40s-50s
