I am installing a carplay unit to the original screen, but need to remove the unit to disable the motion sensor. I cannot find any guides online and it seems I will be the first person in recorded history to do this. Any guidance is appreciated!
It depends on the font. Aligning the stroke only sometimes fixes it but results in an outcome I am not aiming for.
Is there a way to possibly manually edit it using another tool?
Mk2 Drivers side door window keeps immediately retracting after I raise the window with both the key fob and switch.
Keeps happening randomly, but causes me to have to press the window button 3 or more times to get it to actually go up.
I have cleaned the fabric rubber pieces on the top of the door several times but that has not fixed the issue, where is the sensor and how can I clean it?
Recently my MK2 left passenger side exterior door handle no longer opens the door, however the interior door handle opens it without any issues. The door handle still pulls out but feels like it’s in a locked state, child lock has not been turned on. How could I check it out without going to a mechanic yet?
I remember 4-5 years ago i went to a place (i think in corio) and was able to source my own parts and bring them to the counter, but i cant seem to find the place anymore. And it seems no one allows for individuals going in and grabbing the parts they need.
Would anyone know any places that allow for people to go in and grab parts? Thanks!
