Hi all. Does anyone have any recommendations that fit my criteria please? Got myself a Steam Deck a few months back and I want to get a compact keyboard to be able to use/travel with it, as well as possibly finally replacing my nearly 20 year old Logitech G15 at home.

A lot of people suggested a Nuphy Air/Node low profile to go well with the Steam Deck but they're a little expensive so wanted to get more options to choose from first. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be many Iso - UK layout keyboards out there.

Criteria:

75% or slightly bigger - I'll be playing WoW with it, and need F1-12 for keybinds

Iso UK Layout - I've always used the \ next to the left shift key as a keybind too.

Silent/Quiet switches - Only used membrane for the last 20years so never had a desire for loud switches. Plus, it could be used next to gf trying to sleep.

Preferably shine through keycaps - For playing/typing in the dark.

Wireless - Definitely wanted.

Price - Cheaper the better, but at this stage I think I'm willing to pay up to the price of a Nuphy Air V3 (£120ish)

Colour - Probably prefer darker but open to ideas.

Low vs High profile - Undecided here.

I did find a handful on Amazon from Tecurs, Koorui, Red Thunder, Omoton, and Gamakay that I'd love to get some opinions on.

The Nuphy Node is on offer there currently too.

Hi all, any tips for people with type 1 diabetes that use an Omnipod 5 before coming to the park?

May be bringing a fairly newly diagnosed (2½ months ago) type 1 child to Alton towers in a weeks time. I'm trying to get as much info as I can ahead of time. Any people with T1D able to share their experiences please?

I've managed to find carb information for the restaurants on the website but not a printable version. Is there any carb info available for the snack stations like the hot dog place? I saw it on the website but couldn't find a menu for it unlike the restaurants.

A major worry for us is his Omnipod 5 pump. We were warned by his diabetic nurses that the electro magnets on some rides can cause problems. Would love to hear what others have learned about Alton towers in this respect please. Is there a list of rides to avoid if wearing an Omnipod 5 because of magnet interference? There will be no risk of it falling off, it would be under sports wrap.

I'm aware of the ride access pass as this was the first thing that came up when googling, not sure if this is something worth while doing for him or not, need to look into it more. May be needed for my blue badge holding mum who'd be coming with us anyway.

If there are any other tips, or things that I've not thought about to help diabetes sufferers and Omnipod users whilst there please let me know.

The Nifeliz Asil at £160 on Amazon is about my upper limit price wise that I'd be happy to spend. So far I'm managing to restrain myself from the Cada Mercedes AMG GT3... For now.

My list of options that I'm considering so far are:

Nifeliz Asil

Nifeliz Valor (Think I prefer the Asil though)

Nifeliz Stinger (Cheaper, but only 1:10)

The GoBricks/LaoLiang McLaren W1

Guly Bugatti Tourbillon (£120 for the motorized version)

Or an AliExpress clone of the Lego McLaren P1

The Cada AMG One also caught my eye but I can't find it anywhere cheap enough.

Hi all, I want to add a wireless keyboard to my steam deck setup but I can't decide on which way to go. So, I'm looking for some inspiration on good options that are out there.

The way I see it, I have 3 routes to pick from:

Ultra compact and foldable; just something cheap and basic for typing in desktop mode; or go a little bigger, and spend some more to get a 75% keyboard (need those f keys for WoW keybinds), preferably with silent switches to replace my now 20 year old (still going strong) Logitech g15 in the process.

I'm really open to all options and possibly a combo of more than one.

Hi all, I'm looking to order my kid his first set of earbuds for his birthday coming up. I've had plenty of Soundcore earbuds myself in the past (Still using some a3i's currently). I had a look at Scarbir .com to see what's looking best in the current range. Seems the P31i/R60i could be really good. The only downside I saw was mention of audio desyncing on the likes of YouTube with android. This is something my a3i's also suffer with a little and never got fixed.

I was wondering what experience any owners here have had with video/audio sync on android? How bad is it? Or has there been any fix with a firmware update at all?

I've been asked for father's day gift ideas. Cheap SD accessories were the first thing I thought of.

Top of the list would be a SD Dock. Looking around I see lots of recommendations for Ugreen and Jsaux, but most reviews are over 3 years old. Are they still the better docks to go with, or are there any newer/cheaper options worth looking at?

Also, any suggestions for cheap bluetooth keyboards would be appreciated please? Can't decide between ultra compact and foldable or bigger and more useful like a 75/80% (F keys would be wanted for WoW)

Hi, does the DJI mic mini 2 have any kind of physical hole you could loop a string or lanyard through? Think along the lines of a wiimote/joy con wrist strap. I want to get myself some, but I want to use it while mountain biking. I'm a little worried or losing it with just a magnetic connection in the event of a crash or something. If it was able to have a little strap attached to it, so that it can't fly off into a bush and get lost that would be ideal. I know this is possible with the original mic mini by looping a string over the clip, but the clip on the mic mini 2 is also only held on by a magnet.

Hi, I've been looking into getting an eSim for 8 days in Turkey/Türkiye at the end of the week. Turkcell is apparently the best local network for Antalya/Belek and after doing some research and seeing plenty of positive opinions here for BNEsim I was going to go with them. Their plan ran on both Turkcell and TT Mobil (Turk Telecom). However, I just went to pay for it and it seems things have changed, the plan now says they only use TT Mobil (who I believe may be classed as the worst local network).

Trip.com seems to be offering a similar 50gb 30day Turkey eSim for a slightly better price. It also says they use all 3 of the local networks.

"Türkiye: Türk Telekom (5G) (preferred network)/ Vodafone (5G)/ Turkcell (5G)"

However, I'm skeptical as haven't found many people recommending them.

Has anyone used them for Turkey/Türkiye, what was your experience, which network did they use, would you recommend them?

Hi, I'm heading off on holiday at the end of the week. I want to get a new power bank to use with my Steam Deck for the trip, but thought I should get something that's best compatible with my Pixel 9 Pro XL. I've done a little research previously and am I right in understanding that it would need 21v PPS to get anywhere near the 37w charging the phone is capable of? I'm struggling to find any power banks that offer PPS that go up to 21v.

Any recommendations available in the UK please?
