I understand most people that go to Mason aren't trying to revolutionize the world or anything but I was hoping some could be more mature for their age and try to be a little more proactive.

I'm in a ONLINE ASYNCHRONOUS class and for some god forsaken reason my professor want us to try and do a whole ass project thats worth 25% of our grade with 3 OTHER PEOPLE. I am the only one thats tried to initiate some sort of contact with them and only two of them have responded to my 2 posts after like three days. Not to mention, the professor never responded to my emails regarding this issue.

This isn't even the first time, I've had to carry atleast 2 other projects in my one year here, from doing entire sections for my teammates, reminding them about everything, putting things together, and not waiting until the last moment to start doing the work.

Like I hoped after highschool people would stop procrastinating on everything they had to do and be a little proactive. Especially in group project where other peoples grades are being affected by their work. Like atleast have the decency to respond and act like you care.

I'm way too burnt out to carry another whole ass project and just pissed off atm smh😑 idk if this post is gonna get downvoted but damn I can't wait to transfer out of this fuckass school.

Applying to Notre Dame and they want you to list what classes you took online. They said some of them can't be transferred and you will have to retake them when you get there.

I have no problem with that but I took like 15 out of my 27 credits online as it conflicted with my personal life. How will that affect my chances of being accepted tho? Thank you.

19m but have been confused for a 16 or 14 year old one too many times. I can't grow facial hair well and have patches where hair doesn't grow at all. What can I do?

Applying with 27 credits and 12 in progress credits for Fall 26. Currently have a 3.93 gpa at my local college but my HS gpa was like a 3.73W with a high upward trajectory(went from a 3.2 my sophomore year to 4.0+ junior and senior year with heavy rigor).

Ik past 30 credits colleges don't care about hs grades but with 27, how will my chances be affected for top 20s? Any thoughts appreciated, thank you!

My friend and I were apart of this experiential learning program and we won a grant our club. Since we were apart of the same club, we decided to only submit one proposal on his account. We ended receiving it.

Could I list this as an award since we both worked on the proposal even if he was the technical recipient? I doubt this will be an issue but I'm worried if they try to research into and I'm not listed they would think i'm lying. Thoughts? Thank you!

Just finished my freshmen year with a 3.93 gpa at my local college in Northern VA. Ik spring sophomore transfer is pretty difficult but I'm hoping to transfer asap. Pretty mid but not bad student in HS, 3.72W with like 11 APs, 10 Honors with an upward trajectory.

27 credits, with 12 in progress(Prioritized my GPA so that's why I didn't take as many courses)

Planning to apply for Economics

EC's: Tax assistant for VITA, Economic development internship, Bookkeeping/Accounting Internship, VP for large accounting club at my college, Former PR for the same club, Experiential Learning Program with a Big 4 firm, Secretary for Econ club at my school, peer tutor for statistics

I think I can get some pretty good LOR's from my connections and write a good essay

Ik how competitive OOS is for UT, is it even worth it?

I requested a new set of bypass codes like 2 weeks ago and have maybe used 1-2 of them but anytime I try to enter new ones it keeps saying their wrong. Then I have to go through all 10 hoping one of them works and if it doesn't I have to request new ones. Its so annoying.

Looking at the new common app, there are a lot less colleges offer spring transfer. Does anyone know why?

Trying to get back into causal soccer, does anyone know any like co-ed stuff around mason?

Will I get a ticket if I park my car on campus for a couple of hours?

Does anyone know any upcoming case competitions being held for Fall in or around mason? Specifically for like CS or business school majors? Thanks!

Trying to get ahead of my work and I was just curious if anyone anyone remembers the supplement questions for UVA and WashU outside of the "Why do you want to transfer here". I am attempting to apply for spring transfer. Thank you!

I'm hoping to tranfer to UVA spring 2027 and want some genuine advice. I have a 3.92, relevant courses(42 credits when applying), and like 9+ strong EC's. Also planning to apply for Mcintre, and go economic for secondary if I'm not accepted(Strong EC's there too)

People have told me you need a perfect 4.0 for spring transfer and ngl I really don't want to do another semester at my local college... any advice?

Ik admission questions can be annoying but I didn't really get any solid answers when researching. I currently have a 3.92 at my local college, relevant courses, and a load of EC's. I recall they said no grade can be below an A-, how strict are they on that? Any advice would be helpful!

Got an email that I could become a knack tutor for this class. Says it's $17 an hour. Not a bad deal but I want for insight into it. Has anyone else done it? How much did you truly have to work and how much were you making? Thank you!
