on my phone and laptop its not refreshing saying its time out in mail across all devices

I just was wondering I’m a 4th degree knight since 1993 .

In an hour I’m going for my prostate biopsy I have slept I have bad anxiety and panic attacks I said my rosary and prayers that’s eat time I’m going to see if I can bring rosary beers in the office with me .
