Emails for abandoned carts

I don’t want to annoy customers we use judge me for our ratings. Should I set up the email that goes for abandoned carts? How do you people who have used this feel about it?

Why does colour change so much?

Hello,

Hopefully I can ask this here.

Details are Mac book air M1. Program Ai. Colour settings sRBG IEC61966-2.1

when I am doing logo work and getting the colours right on Adobe Illustrator the hex codes look so different on the website or in preview on Mac. I have the same hex code entered on website.

Strange thing is when I export the colour as PNG it looks dull when viewed anywhere else but if I drag back into Adobe it matches the original file colours.
Like the colours on left I export they now look like the right side every where else but I can drag that colour back into Adobe and it now looks like the left again.

I know colours can look different on different browsers but the change is so much especially on the green. I showed two different green colours.

Anyone know how I can get what I see in Adobe Illustrator to better match what it exports?

Spam to store owner email

We lost on Shopify over the weekend. It’s going really good other than a ton of spam going to the store owner email. Anything we can do? All the spam is like are you the store email? Is this site still active?

We talking like 100 emails over 3 days

Amazon sales going to shopify?

we just launched our Shopify website. We normally use order desk so that our woo orders and Amazon orders that were fulfilled by us would be in one spot. We could also send some of the orders back to Amazon to be fulfilled by them if we wanted to, I was wondering, is there a way that Shopify can do this all too or should we continue to use order desk?

Moving to Shopify & Payments

We are moving from WordPress Woo and stripe. Anything I should know has anyone made that move before? Should we use Shopify payments or should we keep stripe? What are the benefits of each? Thank you!

Is Shopify Admin down?

I deal with our website (small family business) I have wanted to move use from word press to another platform. I choose Shopify, have made the site really nice lots of custom sections and still loading like 800% faster than Wordpress.

Anyways, I’ve been now trying to show everyone to see if they are on board for the switch and Shopify had the huge outage yesterday and now I can’t load the admin page. Just unfortunate timing or is this something that happens.

I’m getting second thoughts now that we’re like 99% ready to switch, I’ve put probably 100+ hours into this already.

Never seen all the black dots before

I have bought this bottle maybe 10 times or more. It’s always looked very bright red. I’ve never seen all the black dots. I had another on hand. I just finished it though and it was bright red. I was thinking maybe they roast the peppers or something before, but still very strange. Not sure if I should take it back or not, it doesn’t have a strong preservative agent. That’s why I’m also concerned. Anyone seen this before?
