I'll be going on an international trip next month for 9 days. For short trips (3-4 days) I have my friend stop by to feed my 3 cats and I'm always within 3 hours of home.

With this trip I don't feel comfortable leaving them alone for such a long period of time, especially since I'll be a 9 hour plane ride away.

Would THS be a good choice for this situation? It's a relatively "short" trip, not multiple weeks or anything. I saw on the site that it's a 1 day minimum but still.

I'm in a good part of NYC, close to public transport, several grocery stores nearby etc. And my cats are super friendly if not a little rambunctious (one bengal who's... special? A 1 y/o tux who is chaos incarnate, and a void who just wants cuddles and brushies) Is this the kind of sit people would be interested in?

I've never used THS before and would love some input

Anyone else staying at HI? Would be nice to know at least someone there

Years back I went to a Georgian restaurant and they had this AMAZING dish. It was a head of cauliflower cooked in this garlic yogurt sauce. It had a slight garlic spice, and not too salty.

They stopped selling it last year and no one working there now can remember the name.

I'm doing some small knits for a trinket trade and was getting annoyed with having to pull a 12 inch cable through my knit (i use magic loop). I bought a pair of 7 inch shorties and suddenly it feels like I've never knkt before in my life. I'm dropping stitches, uneven tension... I'm a mess.

Anyone have any advice for how to knit with shorties?

So I've been replaying the game over and over, but I find the intro sequence with releasing the capsule etc quite tedious. Is there a way to find old saves and load from there? I've been searching but no luck yet.

Was really hoping line up would be announced today.

My friend straight up gave up waiting for the line up. Decided to go to LTL instead. I get it but also Riot is so much more my taste. Sad times since I can't go alone. The deal was if they announced by today then they'd go. Fuck
